5 Clinical Trials for Various Conditions
This is a phase I, open-label, multicentre study of AZD8186 administered orally in patients with advanced castrate-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC), squamous non-small cell lung cancer (sqNSCLC), triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) and known PTEN-deficient/mutated or PIK3CB mutated/amplified advanced solid malignancies as monotherapy and in combination with abiraterone acetate or AZD2014.
This Phase 2 Open-label Study examines the efficacy, safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of tomivosertib (eFT508) in Patients with advanced CRPC. An Open-label Study Examining the Effect of tomivosertib (eFT508) in Patients with Advanced Castrate-resistant Prostate Cancer (CRPC)
This is a Phase 1, open-label, dose-escalation trial of avelumab \[antibody targeting programmed death ligand 1 (anti PD-L1)\] with consecutive parallel group expansion in participants with selected tumor indications. New recruitment is open for all active cohorts. Active cohorts: Escalation revised dosing regimen cohort. Closed cohorts: Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC, first line), NSCLC (post-platinum), metastatic breast cancer (MBC), colorectal cancer (CRC), urothelial carcinoma (secondary), mesothelioma, gastric/GEJ cancer (first line switch maintenance and second line), and ovarian cancer (secondary and platinum refractory + liposomal doxorubicin), renal cell carcinoma (second line) melanoma and head, neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), castrate-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC), adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC) urothelial carcinoma (efficacy), gastric/gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) cancer (third line), renal cell carcinoma (RCC, first line) and escalation phase .
This is a Phase 1 dose-escalation and confirmation study of PRT2527, a Cyclin-dependent Kinase 9 (CDK9) inhibitor, in participants with advanced solid tumors. The purpose of this study is to define the dosing schedule, and maximally tolerated dose to be used in subsequent development of PRT2527.
This is a Phase 1/2, open-label, multi-center, non-randomized, dose-escalation study to be conducted in two parts: the Dose Escalation Phase and the Dose Expansion Phase. The Dose Escalation Phase will determine the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) and recommended Phase 2 dose(s) (RP2D) of PT-112 Injection and evaluate its safety and tolerability, and PK (pharmacokinetics). The Dose Escalation Phase is complete and no longer enrolling. The Dose Expansion Phase has two cohorts: one cohort for the study of PT-112 in patients with thymoma and thymic carcinoma (Cohort A), and one cohort for the study of PT-112 in metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) (Cohort D).
