Treatment Patterns and Real-World Clinical Outcomes in Patients With Advanced NSCLC and MET Exon 14 Skipping Mutation in the United States
Description

This was a retrospective, noninterventional cohort study of patients with a confirmed diagnosis of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (aNSCLC) with MET exon 14 skipping mutation who received treatment with capmatinib, immunotherapy (IO), or chemotherapy (CT) in real-world practice settings. Data abstraction was performed by the participating physician.

Study of Oral cMET Inhibitor INC280 in Patients With EGFR Wild-type (wt), Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) (Geometry Mono-1)
Description

Study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of capmatinib as a single-agent treatment for subjects with advanced/metastatic (stage IIIB or IV) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who had wild-type epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR wt) (for exon 19 deletions and exon 21 L858R substitution mutations), anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK)-negative rearrangement, and mesenchymal epithelial transition (MET) mutations leading to exon 14 deletion (referred to as MET mutation hereafter) and/or MET amplification.

Study of TPX-0022 in Patients With Advanced NSCLC, Gastric Cancer or Solid Tumors Harboring Genetic Alterations in MET
Description

A phase 1/2, first-in-human, open-label study of the safety, tolerability, PK, and efficacy of the novel MET/CSF1R/SRC inhibitor TPX-0022 in adult subjects with advanced or metastatic NSCLC, Gastric Cancer, or solid tumors harboring genetic alterations in MET. (SHIELD-I)

A Study Of Oral PF-02341066, A C-Met/Hepatocyte Growth Factor Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor, In Patients With Advanced Cancer
Description

PF-02341066 may work in cancer by blocking the cell growth, migration and invasion of tumor cells. PF-02341066 is a new class of drugs called c-Met/Hepatocyte growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors. This compound is also an inhibitor of the anaplastic lymphoma kinase (called ALK) tyrosine kinase and ROS receptor tyrosine kinases. This research study is the first time PF-02341066 will be given to people. PF-02341066 is taken by mouth daily.
