This study is a multicenter, open-label, dose escalation, phase 1 study of TAK 701 in adult patients with advanced nonhematologic malignancies. This study will be the first to administer TAK 701 to humans. The primary purpose of this study is to determine the safety profile, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics profile of TAK-701.
Overview of Study Design: This is a phase 1, multicenter, open-label, multiple-dose, dose-escalation study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and antitumor activity of TAK-960 in patients with advanced nonhematologic malignancies. This study will be the first to administer TAK-960 to humans. The patient population will consist of adults with a nonhematologic malignancy for which standard treatment is no longer effective or does not offer curative or life-prolonging potential, or for which no standard treatment is available.
This is an open-label, multicenter study with a phase 1 dose escalation portion and a 2-stage, phase 2 portion, investigating MLN8237 (alisertib) in patients with advanced nonhematological malignancies.
This phase 1 first-in-human (FIH) dose escalation study will determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of KO-947 in subjects with locally advanced unresectable or metastatic, relapsed and/or refractory, non-hematological malignancies. If an MTD cannot be identified, a recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) will be determined. In addition, two tumor specific extension cohorts may be conducted to further characterize the safety and tolerability of KO-947 and provide preliminary evidence of anti-tumor activity.
