Microassay and Allergy Skin Prick Test Correlation Study
Description

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the potential correlation of the results of allergen-specific skin prick tests (SPT) to that of allergen-specific microarray determination (microassay test). Subjects who meet enrollment criteria, after signing an IRB approved consent form, will perform a minor finger prick blood draw and blot to be mailed off for microassay analysis. Specific statistical analysis will be done to assess all potential correlations between SPT and microassay. This study design should enable assessment of the level of correlation between SPT results and microassay results for specified allergens within a cohort of subjects with allergic rhinitis.

A Study to Demonstrate the Effect of REGN5713-5715 on Reducing Ocular Allergy Signs and Symptoms in Adult Participants With Birch Pollen Allergy
Description

This study is researching 2 experimental drugs, REGN5713 and REGN5715, which are called REGN5713-5715 when mixed together (called "study drug") to reduce eye allergy signs and symptoms due to birch tree pollen allergy. The aim of the study is to see how safe and effective the study drug is at lowering allergic eye signs and symptoms compared with placebo. A placebo looks like a treatment but does not contain any real medicine. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking the study drug * How much study drug is in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects).

Study of a Topical Nasal Spray to Ease the Symptoms of Hayfever
Description

The purpose of this study is to see if a new nasal spray can reduce the signs and symptoms of allergic rhinitis (hayfever). Subjects' participation in the study will last approximately 4 to 6 weeks, and each of three study visits during that time will last a few hours. Subjects will be required to have several tests done including allergy and breathing tests. They will be exposed to the item they are allergic to and will have small paper discs put in their noses. Subjects will also have the inside of their noses examined and will be asked questions about the level of their allergy symptoms.

Evaluate the relative efficacy of four dosing regimens of bilastine tablets (given either once or twice per day) versus placebo in patients with Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis (SAR) in the Mountain Cedar season in south Texas and Oklahoma based on the mean change from baseline in Reflective Total Nasal Symptom Scores (TNSS) assessed over 14 days of treatment.

Study of the Effect of Fluticasone Furoate Nasal Spray on Spring Allergy Eye Symptoms
Description

Rationale and objectives: Fluticasone furoate nasal spray (Veramyst) has been shown to improve ocular symptoms when used for the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis during the ragweed pollen season. Although this is the only published report of an intranasal corticosteroid shown to effectively treat ocular symptoms, the mechanism has not been delineated. Furthermore, the tears of patients with allergic conjunctivitis are known to have increased concentrations of cytokines and allergic mediators. The objective of this study is to determine if the positive effects of Veramyst nasal spray on ocular symptoms is via the inhibition of allergic mediators in the eyes. The investigators will conduct a double blind placebo controlled trial to determine if Veramyst nasal spray decreases the amount of allergic mediators in the tears of subjects randomized to Veramyst nasal spray versus placebo. The investigators will also compare the subjects' symptoms to the amount of allergic mediators detected in their tears.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the residual allergenicity of Grass MATA (modified pollen allergen tyrosine adsorbate) by skin prick testing. This is done by a comparison of the wheal response after skin prick testing with aqueous native and modified allergen, modified tyrosine adsorbed allergen and Grass MATA MPL (modified tyrosine adsorbed + MPL).
