Natural Killer Cell (CYNK-001) Infusions in Adults With COVID-19
Description

This study is a Phase 1 / 2 trial to determine the safety and efficacy of CYNK-001, an immunotherapy containing Natural Killer (NK) cells derived from human placental CD34+ cells and culture-expanded, in patients with moderate COVID-19 disease.

TERMINATED
Natural Killer Cell (CYNK-001) Infusions in Adults with AML
Description

This study will find the maximum tolerated dose or the maximum planned dose of CYNK-001 which contains natural killer (NK) cells derived from human placental CD34+ cells and culture-expanded. CYNK-001 cells will be given after lymphodepleting chemotherapy. The safety of this treatment will be evaluated, and researchers want to learn if NK cells will help in treating acute myeloid leukemia.

COMPLETED
Nab-paclitaxel and Gemcitabine vs Gemcitabine Alone as Adjuvant Therapy for Patients With Resected Pancreatic Cancer (the "Apact" Study)
Description

The purpose of this study is to compare whether there is a delay or prevention of recurrence or death in participants with surgically removed pancreatic cancer who then take nab-Paclitaxel in combination with gemcitabine compared to those who take gemcitabine alone.

COMPLETED
Implementing Pharmacogenetic Testing in Gastrointestinal Cancers
Description

Pharmacogenomics (PGx) is the study of how genes affect a person's response to drugs. PGx testing for certain genes can help predict the risk of side effects from chemotherapy agents. Testing is not regularly performed in clinical practice due to long wait times for results and challenges with integrating test results in the electronic health record. Investigators leading this study hope to find out if providing cancer care providers with the ability to order a PGx test and electronically receive results with dosing recommendations will increase the use of these tests to guide treatment decisions and improve patient outcomes. This is a non-randomized implementation study, which means that all participants in this study will undergo genotyping for a pharmacogenetic test. The investigators will primarily measure the feasibility of using this test to guide cancer care.

COMPLETED
Phase I Study of Oral DFP-11207 in Solid Tumors
Description

This is a first-in-human, open label, single arm, sequential dose escalation and expansion study of oral DFP-11207 in patients with advanced solid tumors.

TERMINATED
Phase I/II Study of KRN330 Plus Irinotecan in Patients With Metastatic Colorectal Cancer
Description

The primary objective of the Phase II portion of this study is to assess the efficacy of KRN330 in combination with irinotecan after first-line or adjuvant FOLFOX (5-fluorouracil, leucovorin, and oxaliplatin)/CapOx (capecitabine and oxaliplatin) treatment failure in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer.

COMPLETED
Study of Safety, Tolerability, and Anti-Viral Effect of Locteron Compared to PEG-Intron in Patients With Chronic Hepatitis C
Description

The purposes of the PLUS study were to confirm the safety and tolerability of two doses of LocteronTM (320 ug and 640 ug) dosed over four weeks in patients who had failed prior anti-HCV therapies (Panels A and B), and then to continue to study the safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy of the same two doses of LocteronTM (320 ug and 640 ug) in treatment-naïve genotype 1 HCV patients when Locteron dosed over 12 weeks (Panel C). All subjects were also to receive oral daily weight-based ribavirin.
