The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if the PREVAIL model of care is a feasible way to integrate rehabilitation into routine rheumatology care for adults with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). The model of care consists of three essential components: a screening tool (Daily Activity and Participation Screen (DAPS)), a recommendation to the rheumatology clinician regarding rehabilitation referral and exercise, and an online exercise resource tailored for adults with RA. Participants will complete baseline assessments before their scheduled routine visit with a rheumatology clinician, attend their visit, receive their exercise and/or rehabilitation recommendation, and complete follow-up assessments roughly three months after their visit. Based on a participant's DAPS score, they may be recommended to complete a brief consultation call with a study physical therapist, who may or may not refer them to physical therapy (PT). Participants may also be asked to elaborate on their experience with the PREVAIL model of care in an interview.
This is a 6-week ketogenic diet (KD) intervention where participants with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) will follow a KD plan, supervised and monitored by a dietician. Participants will be provided extensive educational and ongoing support on the KD, including personalized coaching with the ability to text a dietitian at any time and expect a response within 12 hours. Diet adherence and progress will be assessed daily using at-home blood ketone/glucose monitors, along with diet records. Participants will fill out health related questionnaires and undergo assessments of body composition, RA disease activity. This study also includes blood draws and fat biopsy of the abdominal region.
The primary objective is to determine if the addition of a 12-week course of treatment with VIB4920 to TNFi treatment will result in improved clinical disease control in patients with RA who have had an inadequate response to a TNFi.

Lymphatic transport was previously examined by these investigators using Near InfraRed Indocyanine Green fluorescence imaging (NIR-ICG) of the upper extremities. They established reliable and reproducible methodologies in RA patients. The purpose of this phase 2 pilot is to study RA disease progression and effectiveness as well as the mechanism of action of clinical interventions using established NIR-ICG methodologies in previous studies.
This study will establish a normative database of Tilmanocept Uptake Values (TUVjoint) in healthy controls age-matched to the RA population.
Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) is an inflammatory disease of the joints causing pain, stiffness, swelling and loss of joint function. This study evaluated how safe and effective ABBV-154 is in participants treated for moderately to severely active RA. Adverse events and change in the disease activity were assessed. ABBV-154 is an investigational drug being evaluated for the treatment of RA. Study doctors placed the participants in 1 of 5 treatment groups or arms; each arm received a different treatment. There was a 1 in 5 chance that participants were assigned to placebo. Participants 18-75 years of age with moderate to severe RA were enrolled. Around 425 participants were to be enrolled in the study at approximately 270 sites worldwide. The study was comprised of a 12 week placebo-controlled period, a double-blind long term extension (LTE) period 1 of 66 weeks, a LTE period 2 of 104 weeks and a follow-up visit 70 days after the last dose of the study drug. In the LTE period 1, participants in the placebo group were re-randomized to receive ABBV-154 at 1 of 2 different doses SC every other week (EOW). Other participants remained on their previous dose and dosing regimen of ABBV-154. There may have been a higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants attended regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment was checked by medical assessments, blood tests, and side effects, and completing questionnaires.
Long-term extension of a multi-site, first-in-human study to assess safety and efficacy of an active implantable Vagus Nerve Stimulation (VNS) device in adult patients with active moderate-to-severe rheumatoid arthritis who have had an incomplete response or intolerability to at least two biologic and/or targeted synthetic DMARDs having at least two different mechanisms of action
The study is designed to learn more about the causes of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). People who get RA have elevated protein markers called autoantibodies in their blood years before initial symptoms of arthritis. The goal of this study is to learn more about how autoantibodies in RA might be related to inflammation in the lungs.
RA is a chronic, systemic inflammatory autoimmune disease which requires treatment for a long time period, hence it is important to study the long-term safety and efficacy of the continuous treatment with GSK3196165 over several years. This is a Phase 3, multicenter, parallel group treatment and long-term extension study primarily to assess safety with efficacy assessment as a secondary objective. Adult participants with RA who have completed the treatment phase of a qualifying GSK3196165 clinical studies (Phase 3 studies contRAst 1 (201790: NCT03980483), contRAst 2 (201791: NCT03970837) and contRAst 3 (202018: NCT04134728) and who, in investigator's judgement will benefit from extended treatment with GSK3196165 will be included in this study (contRAst X \[209564: NCT04333147\]). Participants will continue to receive the same background conventional synthetic disease modifying anti-rheumatic drug(s) \[csDMARD(s)\] treatment as they received in their qualifying study. Eligible participants will be enrolled to receive weekly GSK3196165 90 milligrams (mg) or 150 mg by subcutaneous (SC) injection. The anticipated study duration is approximately 4 years which will enable participants to receive treatment with GSK3196165 until it is expected to become commercially available. Approximately 3000 participants from the qualifying studies will participate in this long-term extension study
The purpose of this study is to compare adherence, persistence, and effectiveness among patients initiating tofacitinib Modified Release (MR) with tofacitinib Immediate Release (IR).
This study explores the efficacy and feasibility of a self-management wellness intervention that is integrated, prescriptive, and trackable in a population of patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) taking a biologic. This 30-day wellness intervention (called "KickStart30") combines five wellness elements: exercise, mindfulness, sleep, social connectedness, and nutrition. Additionally, the program requires that participants implement 5 wellness interventions daily for the 30-day study, document daily online adherence, complete daily HERO (happiness, enthusiasm, resilience, and optimism) exercises to improve mental wellness, and complete online program forms before and after the 30-day intervention. Participants are assessed pre- and post-intervention to determine whether the intervention promotes wellness behavior changes.

This is a Phase IIa/b double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized, parallel group, multicenter study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of RO7123520 as adjunctive therapy in participants with RA who are inadequately responding to standard-of-care (methotrexate and anti-TNF-alpha therapy). Part 1 of the study will evaluate safety. Part 2 will evaluate efficacy and safety. Part 3 will evaluate dose-ranging efficacy. Participants will have the option of continuing to the extension period of the study.
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the effects of filgotinib versus placebo for the treatment of signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) as measured by the percentage of participants achieving an American College of Rheumatology 20% improvement response (ACR20) at Week 12.

This trial is designed to determine what effects the human body has on the investigational medicine, ABP 798, and what effects the body has on the investigational medicine after you have been given it, and if this is comparable to what is seen for the licensed medicine, rituximab, in patients with moderate or severe RA. This study will also assess if the investigational medicine is safe and effective in treating moderate or severe RA compared to the licensed medicine.

The study objective of Period 1 of this study is to compare the safety and efficacy (signs and symptoms) of upadacitinib 30 mg once daily (QD) alone and upadacitinib 15 mg QD alone versus continuing MTX alone adults with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis (RA) with an inadequate response to MTX. The study objective of Period 2 is to evaluate the long term safety, tolerability, and efficacy of upadacitinib 30 mg QD and 15 mg QD in adults with RA who had completed Period 1.
The objectives of Period 1 were the following: * To compare the safety and efficacy of upadacitinib 7.5 mg once daily (QD) monotherapy (for participants in Japan only), 15 mg QD monotherapy, and 30 mg QD monotherapy versus weekly methotrexate monotherapy for the treatment of signs and symptoms of RA in methotrexate-naïve adults with moderately to severely active RA; * To compare the efficacy of upadacitinib 15 mg QD monotherapy and upadacitinib 30 mg QD monotherapy versus weekly methotrexate monotherapy for prevention of structural progression in methotrexate-naïve adults with moderately to severely active RA. The objective of Period 2 is to evaluate the long-term safety, tolerability, and efficacy of upadacitinib 7.5 mg QD (for participants in Japan only), 15 mg QD, and 30 mg QD in adults with RA who have completed Period 1.
This study will consist of two parts: Part A will evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) of tirabrutinib in healthy participants. Part B will evaluate the safety, tolerability, and the effect of tirabrutinib on disease-specific clinical markers and outcomes in participants with rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
This study will evaluate the optimal dose of tofacitinib needed to achieve low disease activity (LDA) or clinical remission as measured by the CDAI score. Once LDA or clinical remission has been achieved, the structural benefit in reducing erosions, synovitis and bone edema as measured by low field MRI will be determined at the same time period by the use of the OMERACT/RAMRIS scoring system

Muscle strength helps determine a person's quality of life and functional independence. Patients with rheumatoid arthritis often suffer from muscle weakness and a pre-diabetic condition called insulin resistance. By doing this study, the investigators hope to learn why patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) suffer from muscle weakness.
