This study is designed to evaluate and verify the clinical accuracy of the Hemochron® MCS 7000 Whole Blood Microcoagulation System; a point-of-care, whole blood Activated Clotting Time (ACT) measurement in comparison with the Hemochron Signature Elite® Whole Blood Microcoagulation System; a 510(k) cleared predicate device. This is a multi-center, prospective method comparison, with data to be analyzed separately from each site as well as combined for all sites.
The purpose of this study is to measure prothrombin time (PT) on an experimental device and a commercially available device on persons receiving coumadin (warfarin)treatment.
The purpose of this study is to collect DNA samples from patients undergoing routine care at the University of Chicago. These samples will be tested for differences in genes that may suggest greater risk of side effects or chance of increased benefit from certain medications. The results will be made available to the patient's treating physician and the researchers will track whether or not this information is used in routine health care.
The purpose of this study is to explore how knowing genes that individuals inherit from their parents can make warfarin dosing more safe and effective. This study is being done to determine whether providing doctors with data on the genes their patients inherited and warfarin dosing recommendations based on those genes affects the costs and outcomes of care and after hospitalization for patients from different ethnic/racial backgrounds, and how physicians use this information in decision making.

Primary Objective: • To evaluate the safety and tolerability of cAd3-EBO-S and cAd3 Marburg vaccines when administered Intramuscular (IM) at a dose of 1 x 10\^11 particle units (PU) to healthy adults.
