Topical Imiquimod for Bowen's Disease of the Head and Neck
Description

* Double blinded, randomized, placebo controlled trial of imiquimod for the treatment of histologically proven Bowens disease of the head and neck. * Null hypothesis: No difference in histologic clearance rates of patients with head or neck Bowens treated with imiquimod versus placebo. * Outcome: Histologic clearance of Bowens disease at T=14 weeks.

Photodynamic Therapy Using Silicon Phthalocyanine 4 in Treating Patients With Actinic Keratosis, Bowen's Disease, Skin Cancer, or Stage I or Stage II Mycosis Fungoides
Description

RATIONALE: Photodynamic therapy uses a drug that becomes active when it is exposed to a certain kind of light. When the drug is active, tumor cells are killed. Photodynamic therapy using silicon phthalocyanine 4 may be effective against skin cancer. PURPOSE: This phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of photodynamic therapy using silicon phthalocyanine 4 in treating participants with actinic keratosis, Bowen's disease, skin cancer, or stage I or stage II mycosis fungoides.

Open Label, Dose Escalation Study for the Safety and Efficacy of STP705 in Adult Patients With isSCC
Description

This is an open label, dose escalation study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of intralesional injection of STP705 in adult patients with Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma in situ (isSCC, Bowen's disease). The purpose of this trial is to evaluate the safety, tolerability and efficacy of various doses of STP705 administered as Intralesional injection in subjects with isSCC. Goals: * To determine the safe and effective recommended dose of STP705 for the treatment of isSCC. * Analysis of biomarkers common to isSCC formation pathway including TGF-β1 and COX-2.
