4 Clinical Trials for Various Conditions
Certain cancers require the amino acid arginine. Arginine deiminase (ADI) is an enzyme from microbes that degrades arginine. ADI has been formulated with polyethylene glycol, and has been used to treat patients that have cancers that require arginine. In this study, ADI will be combined with the well known chemotherapy cisplatin, and the safety and potential efficacy of this combination will be explored in patients with cancers that require arginine.
The purpose of this study is to determine the safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy of INCAGN02385 in participants with advanced malignancies.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of intravenous (IV) administration of XmAb808 in combination with pembrolizumab in subjects with selected advanced solid tumors and to identify the minimum safe and biologically effective/recommended dose (RD) and schedule for XmAb808.
The purpose of this research study is to evaluate safety, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and preliminary efficacy of the investigational drug PLX2853 in subjects with advanced malignancies.
