Method Comparison and Clinical Specificity Study: Evaluation of the Infinium HD Cytogenetic Abnormality Test
Description

The study will determine the performance of the Infinium HD Test. * The primary objective of the study is to assess the performance of the Infinium HD Test using banked DNA samples extracted from whole blood patient samples derived from the intended use population. * The secondary objective of the study is to determine the background number of chromosomal abnormalities per person in the general population based on the resolution of the Infinium HD Test.

Lenalidomide Safety/Efficacy in Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS) Associated With a Deletion (Del)(5q) Cytogenetic Abnormality
Description

This study is a multicenter, single-arm, open-label study of oral lenalidomide monotherapy administered to red blood cell (RBC) transfusion-dependent subjects with low- or intermediate-1-risk Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS) associated with a del (5q31-33) cytogenetic abnormality. Screening procedures will take place within 28 days of the first day of lenalidomide treatment. Subjects will receive lenalidomide in 28-day cycles for up to 6 cycles, or until bone marrow disease progression or progression/relapse following erythroid hematologic improvement is documented. Study visits will occur every cycle (every 28 days) and laboratory monitoring to assess hematological parameters will occur every 14 days. Safety and efficacy assessments to be performed during the study are outlined in the Schedule of Study Assessments.

MT2021-08T Cell Receptor Alpha/Beta Depletion PBSC Transplantation for Heme Malignancies
Description

This is a phase II, open-label, prospective study of T cell receptor alpha/beta depletion (α/β TCD) peripheral blood stem cell (PBSC) transplantation for children and adults with hematological malignancies

COMPLETED
A Study of Selinexor in Combination With Daunorubicin and Cytarabine for Untreated AML
Description

The main purpose of this study is to determine the safety of combining selinexor with daunorubicin and cytarabine. The maximal tolerated dose (MTD) of selinexor with daunorubicin and cytarabine will also be established.

COMPLETED
Safety & Efficacy Study of Oral Panobinostat (LBH589) With Chemotherapy in Patients < 65 Years Old With Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML)
Description

This study will be conducted to assess the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of panobinostat given 3 times a week (administered on weeks 2 and 3 of a 4 week cycle) in combination with induction chemotherapy (idarubicin and cytarabine) in newly diagnosed patients with a cytopathologically confirmed diagnosis of high-risk AML, and to investigate the safety of the combination in this regimen.

COMPLETED
Effects of Methylphenidate on Cellular Abnormalities in Children With Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Description

This study will assess the frequency of chromosomal abnormalities measured in circulating lymphocytes in treatment-naive children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) treated for 3 months with either extended release methylphenidate or behavioral therapy.
