The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether or not cerebral atrophy scores obtained from a brain MRI can correlate with Cognitive Test results. These results hope to demonstrate a link between cerebral ischemic/degenerative changes shown on the MRI and cognition functions results.
After recuperating from low back surgery patients often perpetuate a sedentary lifestyle because they are concerned about injury and recurrent pain. The objective of this study is to test the feasibility of a program to increase lifestyle walking starting several months after low back surgery.
The objective of this study is to prospectively evaluate the performance of Integra Accell Evo3 Demineralized Bone Matrix as an adjunct for instrumented posterolateral spine fusion, as compared to local autograft.
The objective of this study is to prospectively evaluate the performance of Integra's OsteoStrux Collagen Ceramic Scaffold combined with bone marrow aspirate as an adjunct for instrumented posterolateral spine fusion, as compared to local autograft.
The objective of this study is to prospectively evaluate the performance of Integra Accell Evo3 Demineralized Bone Matrix as an adjunct for instrumented lumbar spine fusion with a retrospective comparison to a historical patient cohort.
The objective of this study is to prospectively evaluate the performance of Integra Accell Evo3 Demineralized Bone Matrix as an adjunct for posterolateral spine fusion with a retrospective comparison to a historical patient cohort.
The purpose of this study is to compare triple therapy using Photodynamic therapy, intravitreal Dexamethasone and intravitreal Ranibizumab injections versus monotherapy with intravitreal Ranibizumab alone for the treatment of Age-Related Macular Degeneration.
The objective of this pilot study is to determine if degenerative spinal disorders such as acute radiculopathy, myelopathy, stenosis, or disc and facet disease cause detectable alterations in Substance P levels in saliva, serum and cerebrospinal fluid. If this pilot study shows a correlation between Substance P levels and pain associated with degenerative spinal disorders, then a larger study will be initiated to determine the feasibility of using Substance P levels in the diagnosis and treatment of degenerative spinal disease.
