MSPT Device Usability Study
Description

The primary objective of this feasibility study is to evaluate the functionality (e.g., as defined by the primary endpoints) of the fully integrated Multiple Sclerosis Performance Test (MSPT) device, when used by unsupervised participants with MS, or related conditions, with a broad range of disability, in multi-clinical-care environments. Secondary objectives include: Participant perception of usability of device; Participant satisfaction with the device; Ascertain the impact of different clinical environments on device usability; Ascertain impact of assistive devices in usability of device; Ascertain functionality of Bluetooth remote as compared with manual timing.

FERTI-LILY Safety Study
Description

The study is a prospective, 1-arm, open label, nonrandomized, single center study designed to evaluate label comprehension, device usability and safety of the FERTI·LILY Conception Cup. The primary safety endpoint will be an assessment of reported adverse events. Subjects will be screened -10 (±3) days prior to the baseline visit. At baseline, 15-20 subjects meeting the inclusion/exclusion criteria will be provided with a FERTI·LILY Conception Cup device and instructions for using the device. Subjects will participate in a label comprehension protocol that includes the physician confirmation that they have adequate comprehension to enroll. If not, a screen failure form is completed. Subjects will agree to try and use the device within 2 weeks of disposition therefore at baseline a two-week visit is scheduled. In the event they do not use the device within the two-week period the follow up visit can be rescheduled based on the visit window of +14 days. If it is not used within 4 weeks, the PI will have the subject return to the site to authorize another two-week period that will be captured as unscheduled follow up visit. The subject should complete the Device Experience Survey after each device use. The Device Experience Survey will be returned at this time, and adverse events will be assessed.

An Open, Parallel-group, Randomized, Medical Device Study to Assess the Usability and Performance of Surgify HaloTM in Spine Surgery Versus State-of-art (Rosen Burr)
Description

The purpose of this research study is to: test the usability and performance of the medical device Surgify Halo ™ in revision spine surgery test the level of "chattering " during the use of the device test the cutting performance of Surgify Halo™in comparison to the usual drill bit used in spine surgery ( Rosen burr). This medical device is available for its indications for shaping and removal of hard tissue and bone in neurosurgical, spinal, ENT, and general surgical procedures. The target is to enroll 30 participants in this study.

A Prospective Cohort Study to Evaluate the Safety, Efficacy, and Usability of the EpiZact Device
Description

The purpose of the study is to learn more about a new device, the EpiZact Epidural Device, that may be helpful for reducing the likelihood of wet tap when a labor epidural is placed. When epidurals are placed correctly the needle stops just in front of the space in the body that contains cerebrospinal fluid. When the epidural is advanced a short distance further, leakage of cerebrospinal fluid can occur. This is known as a wet tap. A wet tap can result in a severe headache and at times other complications. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if the use of the EpiZact device prevents wet taps in pregnant women receiving epidurals for relief of labor pain. The main questions this study aims to answer are: 1. What the rate of wet tap with the EpiZact device? 2. What is the rate of failed epidural placement with the EpiZact device? All patients in the study will receive an epidural with the EpiZact device. The investigators will compare the results with patients not in the study that receive an epidural without the EpiZact device.

Safety and Usability of the Honda Walking Assist Device (HWA) in the Home Environment
Description

The purpose of this study is to verify the safety and validate the usability of the Honda Walk Assist (HWA) device in the home setting versus an exercise program without the device in a gym setting for individuals diagnosed with stroke. The investigators hypothesize that the HWA exoskeleton is a safe and effective device for use by individuals diagnosed with stroke in the home environment.

Description

The purpose of the study is to assess the usability and tolerability of this jugular vein compression device in a population of helmeted and non-helmeted competitive high school, collegiate and professional athletes in the sports of football and rugby. This study differs from previous work in that it is designed to capture additional data related to the athlete experience wearing the jugular vein compression device in older and more elite playing levels.

Assessment of Usability and Satisfaction With a Take-home Device Presenting Sound and Body Stimulation for Back Pain
Description

Pain symptoms can have a variety of ways to be treated, from medications to physical therapy, with several options being available to patients. However, no one treatment may work for all people who experience pain, especially cLBP. The purpose of this study is to measure the compliance, usability, and satisfaction of an at-home, multi-modal stimulation device in a diverse population of people with chronic lower back pain (cLBP). The multi-modal device will include a combination of electrical stimulation, auditory stimulation, and integrative-health techniques, including mindfulness breathing, health coaching, and reflective journaling. The multi-modal device creation is based on prior knowledge in lower back pain treatment, which includes electrical stimulation of the back (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulator or TENS) and integrative health modalities. In isolation, these treatments are only somewhat effective in reducing symptoms. This pilot study will involve participants who experience cLBP as we investigate a novel at-home, multi-modal device design. The main objective of the pilot usability study is to examine compliance to the intended use of the multi-modal device and approach, as well as protocol feasibility, and satisfaction with the settings and design.

JessieHug Feasibility and Usability Assessment
Description

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluates the usability, tolerability, and clinical accuracy of the JessieHug device, a wearable medical device for newborns and infants that collects physiological data. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Is the device easily usable for parents of newborns and infants? * Is the device tolerable when worn by infants and are there any safety concerns? * Is the device able to collect clinically accurate physiologic data compared to a FDA-cleared reference device? Participants will: * Place the JessieHug device on their infant two times a week and complete surveys to assess usability, tolerability and safety. * Have one session where the JessieHug device will be worn at the same time as reference device to determine accuracy.

Simulated In-House Usability Study of Eclipse Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) Device
Description

The study is designed to assess the usability of a novel CPAP human interface compared to a traditional nasal mask. Human subjects will interact with two different CPAP interfaces including a traditional CPAP mask and the 2nd generation DreamPort-Eclipse. Subjects will be requested to put on each of the different CPAP interface options a total of three times for a total of 6 trials. The order of device will be randomized.

PC001- A Study to Evaluate the Usability of PointCheck
Description

This a study about the usability of PointCheck a novel non-invasive technology for monitoring chemotherapy-induced neutropenia. The study will include patients with cancer visiting the outpatient hematology clinic for their standard of care chemotherapy administration. A final sample size of 90 oncologic outpatients will be enrolled and studied with the technology. The main objective is to evaluate the usability of PointCheck. Secondary outcomes include a preliminary assessment of PointCheck diagnostic accuracy and precision. For this, study subjects will be tested twice with PointCheck during the same session and the usability in an at-home simulated environment by naïve users will be evaluated

Secondary Objective: Device-related: * To collect real-use (usability) data assessing the robustness and user interaction of SYDNEY and the current alirocumab auto-injector device (which is referred to as AI) in supervised settings. Pharmacokinetics: * To compare alirocumab pharmacokinetics (PK) administered using SYDNEY and AI. * To evaluate alirocumab PK administered using SYDNEY. Anti-drug antibodies: * To evaluate the development of anti-drug (alirocumab) antibodies (ADA). Efficacy/pharmacodynamics: * To compare the percent and absolute change in low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) using SYDNEY and AI. * To evaluate the percent and absolute change in LDL-C using SYDNEY.
