A Phase 2 Double-masked Study of VVN539 in Subjects With Elevated Intraocular Pressure
Description

This is a prospective, parallel-comparison, multi-center, double-masked, randomized, vehicle-controlled dose-response study assessing the safety and ocular hypotensive efficacy of VVN539 in subjects with POAG or OHT. Three different dosing regimens (once a day \[q.d.\] in the morning, q.d. in the evening and twice a day \[b.i.d.\]) will be tested for 7-9 days, each.

Safety and Intraocular Lowering Effect of Delivery of Travoprost Evolute® in Subjects With Elevated Intraocular Pressure
Description

This is a pilot, open-label, multi-center clinical study. Each potential subject that has met all screening inclusion/exclusion criteria will undergo a six-week washout phase where they will discontinue the use of their topical hypotensive medication. After the six-week washout, each potential subject will return for a baseline visit. Investigators will verify that a potential subject has discontinued the use of their topical hypotensive medication(s) and all their prohibited systemic medications for the last 6 weeks. In addition, each subject will have discontinued the use of all other ocular drops, gels or ointments 24 hours prior to the visit (Visit 2) and continues to meet all screening and washout criteria. After completing the baseline examination, each potential subject that meet all baseline inclusion/exclusion for the treatment phase of the study will have his/her lower puncta of each eye inserted with a Travoprost Evolute®. Each study subject will be instructed to return to the investigator's office the next day, 7, 28, 60 and 90-days after the insertion of their plugs for follow-up examinations.

In this double-masked, vehicle-controlled, dose-response study, subjects will be randomized to receive AR-13324 Ophthalmic Solution 0.01%, 0.02%, and 0.04% or its vehicle (one eye), once daily (QD)in the morning (AM) for 7 days. The first dose and last dose will be administered in the clinic. Ocular safety and ocular hypotensive efficacy will be evaluated in the clinic throughout the study.

Description

In participants with a diagnosis of open angle glaucoma (OAG) or ocular hypertension (OHT), the primary objective is to demonstrate that the mean IOP reduction after 3 months of treatment with BOL-303259-X once daily (QD) is non-inferior to timolol maleate 0.5% twice daily (BID). The secondary objective is to demonstrate the superiority of BOL-303259-X QD to timolol maleate 0.5% BID. This assessment will be performed if the non-inferiority of BOL-303259-X QD to timolol maleate 0.5% BID is determined. An open label safety phase will be conducted at the end of Visit 6 (3 months) where all participants will receive BOL-303259-X QD for an additional 3 months.

Anecortave Acetate Injection to Treat Steroid-responsive Intraocular Pressure Increase in Cornea Transplant Patients
Description

This study will investigate the use of anecortave acetate injection to reduce intraocular pressure (IOP) in corneal transplant recipients who are experiencing steroid-associated pressure control problems. Alternative methods of IOP control have been shown to entail serious risks. For example, reduction of topical steroids increases the risk of graft rejection, and use of glaucoma medications or glaucoma surgery increases the risk of graft failure. This study is designed to have sufficient power to detect whether a single injection can induce a clinically significant IOP reduction.
