To assess endothelial dysfunction in young men (aged 30-50) with vasculogenic ED identified through penile Doppler ultrasound. To evaluate changes in endothelial function using EndoPAT before and 3-6 months after daily low-dose phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor therapy. To investigate endothelial function alterations in hypogonadal patients before and 3-6 months after initiating testosterone (T) therapy
Adult subjects with mild to moderate and moderate ED who meet the study eligibility criteria will be enrolled in the study. The enrolled subjects will be randomized by a 1:1 ratio to receive the Active or Sham VERTICA® treatment. Baseline assessments will include collection of demographic data, medical history, concomitant medications and baseline clinical examinations. The initial treatment session will be performed in a clinical setting simulating home use to determine proper device use and to evaluate device tolerability, followed by continued home use of the device for a total of 6 months. Patients will be instructed to attempt sexual activity periodically over the course of the study. Every time a sexual intercourse is attempted, the patient will be requested to complete an event log using validated assessments. Patients will present for monthly follow-up visits, during which safety will be evaluated and additional efficacy assessments will be performed.
This phase I clinical trial studies how well low intensity shockwave therapy (LiSWT) improves erectile function in patients who have had nerve-sparing radical prostatectomy (NS-RP), a type of surgery that attempts to save the nerves near the tissues being removed, for prostate cancer. Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a known side effect of the radical prostatectomy procedure. The low intensity shockwave therapy delivers painless electrotherapy pulse to increase blood flow and supply, activation of tissues and wound healing. Using LiSWT after NS-PRP may improve erectile function in men with prostate cancer.
This is a Phase III, prospective, interventional, multi-center, randomized, double-blind, flexible-dose, placebo-controlled, parallel group clinical study required by FDA to demonstrate the efficacy and safety of Sildenafil oral film 25 mg, 50 mg, 75 mg and 100 mg as compared to placebo in approximately 488 men clinically diagnosed with erectile dysfunction (ED).
The purpose of this study is to evaluate changes in vascular parameters and International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF) scores with the administration of Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) to participants with Erectile Dysfunction (ED)
This study aims to evaluate the safety and efficacy of low-intensity extracorporeal shock wave therapy utilizing the Dornier Aries in the treatment of erectile dysfunction of vasculogenic origin.
Prospective, open-label, non-randomized, study to be conducted at a single center. Ten subjects will undergo an injection of Placental Matrix-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (PMD-MSCs) into the penis for the treatment of mild to moderate erectile dysfunction. Follow up visits will be conducted at 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months. Subjects will be evaluated for re-injection beginning at 3 months. Eligibility is determined by the clinician based on patient reported treatment satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the drugs yohimbine and naltrexone in treating men with erectile dysfunction (ED) (the inability to achieve or maintain penile erection for satisfactory sexual performance). ED is a medical and psychological problem that is usually associated with increased age. Evidence suggests that specific neurotransmitter systems are involved in the regulation of sexual function. Yohimbine and naltrexone are drugs that may influence these neurotransmitter systems. This study will use different doses of yohimbine and fixed doses of naltrexone to determine their effectiveness in treating ED. Participants in this study will be screened with a medical history, physical examination, blood and urine tests, and an electrocardiogram (ECG). The study will consist of three outpatient visists.
