Despite its prevalence, the ocular causes of eye fatigue or unknown and may be related to the cornea/contact lens surface, the accommodative system, the convergence system, overall postural/muscle fatigue, or a combination of these or other causes. The current study aims to systematically investigate the incremental benefits in ameliorating eye fatigue.
The purpose of this study is to determine the benefits of fitting low astigmats with soft toric contact lenses versus spherical contact lenses with regard to visual comfort, eyestrain, fitting efficiency, and visual performance.

The proposed study aims to test if Gunnar computer glasses provide any advantages, in comparison to no glasses, on the following aspects in computer-related office work: * Any enhancement on visual performance of basic visual function, including visual acuity, contrast sensitivity, color discrimination, etc. * Any enhancement on visual performance of typical office work, including reading, word-spelling check, number searching, or target identification. * Any benefit in objective viewing comfort measured with viewing distance, blink frequency, post-viewing pupil size. * Any benefit in subjective viewing comfort reflected on the questionnaire of viewing symptom survey. * Any benefit in viewing comfort and visual performance with increased environmental ventilation or under strong glare. * Any benefit in life quality from daily wearing (e.g., better comfort or sleep quality).
Systane Hydration PF is a recently released preservative-free artificial tear that is able to supplement the ocular surface's moisture while simultaneously soothing the eye. While Systane Hydration PF should in theory improve the symptoms and subsequently the quality of life of patients who have DES, this clinical application has yet to be tested. This drop furthermore is available in both unit-dose and multi-dose options; however, it is unclear if patient perceive a difference between the two dispensing methods. Therefore, the primary purpose of this study is to recruit patients who have DES and to treat them with Systane Hydration PF and determine how regular use of this drop impacts a patient's ocular surface symptoms and overall quality of life. This study will secondarily compare the two dispensing methods to determine if patients prefer one method over the other.
The purpose of this study was to compare the clinical performance of the new DAILIES® AquaComfort PLUS® FreshTech (DACP FreshTech) contact lenses to an already marketed daily disposable contact lens, DAILIES® AquaComfort PLUS® (DACP).
The investigators will test the hypothesis that images of the optic nerve head taken a 2 different eye pressures will yield strain estimates that are predictive of the course of glaucoma.
