Safety and Tolerability of Hair Stimulating Complex (HSC) in Female Pattern Hair Loss
Description

This double-blind placebo-controlled study will assess the tolerability, feasibility, and pharmacodynamics of intradermal Hair Stimulating Complex (HSC) in up to 18 of 27 women with Ludwig 1 or 2 classification or the Savin Frontal classification of hair loss. Safety measures include vital signs, dermatological examination of the scalp, pre- and post-dose blood and urine collection, as well as Investigator Global Assessments and subject self assessments throughout the 22-week study.

Clinical Trial in Females With Female Pattern Hair Loss
Description

This is a year-long clinical trial to evaluate the effectiveness and safety in women with Female Pattern Hair Loss (FPHL), comparing a new 5% minoxidil topical foam (MTF) formulation applied once a day versus the 2% minoxidil topical solution (MTS) applied twice a day. This clinical trial uses an objective measurement called Target Area Hair Count (TAHC) to evaluate if there is a change in the number of hairs in the area being examined after using the product for 24 weeks (and also after using the product for 12 Weeks and for 52 weeks). This trial will determine if the benefit of using either study product outweighs the risks.

Safety and Efficacy of VDPHL01 in Males and Females with AGA
Description

This study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of VDPHL01 in male and female subjects with Androgenetic Alopecia (AGA). AGA (or pattern of hair loss) is a genetic disorder caused by an excessive (too much) hair follicle response to androgens (hormone) that causes hair loss. VDPHL01 8.5 mg Tablets for males and VDPHL01 4.5 mg Tablets for females are an investigational oral drug to treat male and female pattern baldness. This multiple center, open-label, study will last about 13 months and includes 11 study visits (screening, baseline (day 1), week 2, month 1, month 2, month 4, month 6, month 8, month 10, month 12, month 13). Male subjects that meet the study eligibility criteria will be administered VDPHL01 once daily for 12 months. Female subjects that meet the study eligibility criteria will be administered VDPHL01 either once or twice daily for 12 months.
