RECRUITING
This Study Will Evaluate the Safety and Potential Complications of Dual ProGlide vs Single ProGlide and Angioseal for Common Femoral Arteriotomy Closure Following Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement
Description

This prospective, randomized, parallel, single-center, open-label, non-inferiority study will evaluate the safety and potential complications of dual ProGlide vs single ProGlide and Angioseal for common femoral arteriotomy closure following Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement.

RECRUITING
Prospective Clinical Registry Evaluating Contemporary MANTA Outcomes
Description

This is an observational study designed to evaluate the safety and clinical outcomes of the MANTA® Vascular Closure Device (VCD) (the MANTA® Device) in TAVR procedures. The study will enroll participants who are undergoing a TAVR procedure. The purpose of this study is to examine and collect data on outcomes of contemporary MANTA® large bore closure in standard of care (SOC) TAVR procedures with on-label use of the MANTA® device including appropriate patient selection and proper vascular access.

TERMINATED
MANTA Ultrasound Closure Study
Description

Demonstrate the safety of MANTA Vascular Closure Device (VCD) ultrasound (U/S) guided closure in patients undergoing elective TAVR procedures with planned percutaneous femoral arterial access.

COMPLETED
MANTA Percutaneous Vascular Closure Device - The SAFE MANTA Study
Description

Research study which tests the safety and effectiveness of a new vascular closure device to close the femoral access puncture that is created in patients who require this form of access in order to perform the planned procedure. The MANTA device is expected to seal the femoral access puncture in less than 1 minute. This may result in less blood loss and a shorter time to walking compared to alternative closure means. Use of the MANTA device in this study is experimental. All other parts of the procedure involve standard medical care.

RECRUITING
Comparing Perclose to Statseal in Conjunction with Perclose in Femoral 6 French Arteriotomy Closure
Description

The purpose of this clinical study is to compare how well two different devices for achieving hemostasis perform in patients undergoing transfemoral procedures with 6 French Access. Both devices are approved by the FDA for this use, and have already been used by clinicians on patients undergoing transfemoral procedures. It is believed that the use of both devices in combination compared to the Perclose alone will shorten the time that it takes to 'seal' the artery, resulting in a shorter period of time that patients would need to lay flat.

COMPLETED
VASCADE ANTEGRADE-PVD Post-Market Registry
Description

The objective of the registry is to collect procedural outcomes data when the Cardiva VASCADE Vascular Closure System (VCS) is used to seal femoral arterial access sites at the completion of ipsilateral peripheral interventional procedures performed through 5-7F introducer sheaths via an antegrade approach.

RESPECT Trial - (Rapid Extravascular Sealing Via PercutanEous Collagen ImplanT)
Description

The objective of this trial is to demonstrate the safety and effectiveness of the Cardiva VASCADE™ Vascular Closure System (VCS) in sealing femoral arterial access sites. Hypothesis: The Cardiva VASCADE™ VCS provides times to hemostasis (TTH) and time to ambulation (TTA) results that are less than manual compression by a clinically meaningful and statistically significant margin. The rate of major access site-related complications with the Cardiva VASCADE™ VCS is non-inferior to the major complication rates of manual compression for sealing femoral arterial access sites.

The Closer Trial: A Safety and Efficacy Study of the Rex Medical Vascular Sealing System
Description

The objective of this trial is to demonstrate the safety and effectiveness of the Rex Medical Closer Vascular Sealing System in sealing femoral arterial access sites.

Conditions
COMPLETED
Angio-Seal Evolution Device Registry
Description

Collect data on the use of the Angio-Seal Evolution Device in diagnostic and interventional patient populations.
