Akt/ERK Inhibitor ONC201 in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma
Description

This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and the best dose of v-akt murine thymoma viral oncogene homolog (Akt)/mitogen-activated protein kinase 1(ERK) inhibitor ONC201 and to see how well it works in treating patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma that has returned after a period of improvement or does not respond to treatment. Akt/ERK inhibitor ONC201 may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

COMPLETED
Open-Label, Multicenter, Two-Part, Phase 1 Study to Characterize Effects of a Moderate CYP3A Inhibitor on PK of Tazemetostat, Effects of Tazemetostat on PK of CYP2C8 and CYP2C19 Substrates, and Effect of Increased Gastric pH on PK of Tazemetostat in B-cell Lymphoma or Advanced Solid Tumor Patients
Description

This is a Phase 1, open-label, two-part, safety, PK, and activity study designed to characterize the DDI potential of tazemetostat. Tazemetostat will be taken orally BID continuously in 28-day cycles in both study parts.

RECRUITING
CONFIRM: Magnetic Resonance Guided Radiation Therapy
Description

This research is being done to determine the safety and feasibility of using a type of radiation guided by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and chemotherapy to treat patients with gastric and breast cancer. The name of the radiation machine involved in this study is the MRIdian Linear Accelerator.

RECRUITING
SYNERGY-AI: Artificial Intelligence Based Precision Oncology Clinical Trial Matching and Registry
Description

International registry for cancer patients evaluating the feasibility and clinical utility of an Artificial Intelligence-based precision oncology clinical trial matching tool, powered by a virtual tumor boards (VTB) program, and its clinical impact on pts with advanced cancer to facilitate clinical trial enrollment (CTE), as well as the financial impact, and potential outcomes of the intervention.

COMPLETED
A Study of CDX-1140 (CD40) as Monotherapy or in Combination in Patients With Advanced Malignancies
Description

This is a study to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) for CDX-1140 (CD40 antibody), either alone or in combination with CDX-301 (FLT3L), pembrolizumab, or chemotherapy and to further evaluate its tolerability and efficacy in expansion cohorts once the MTD is determined.

COMPLETED
BCX-1777 in Treating Patients With Refractory Cancer
Description

RATIONALE: BCX-1777 may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking the enzymes necessary for their growth. PURPOSE: Phase I trial to study the effectiveness of BCX-1777 in treating patients who have refractory cancer.

Conditions
COMPLETED
Thalidomide and Docetaxel in Treating Patients With Advanced Cancer
Description

RATIONALE: Thalidomide may stop the growth of cancer by stopping blood flow to the tumor. Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop cancer cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Combining thalidomide with docetaxel may kill more tumor cells. PURPOSE: Phase I trial to study the effectiveness of combining thalidomide with docetaxel in treating patients who have advanced cancer.

Conditions
COMPLETED
MS-275 in Treating Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors or Lymphoma
Description

RATIONALE: MS-275 may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking the enzymes necessary for their growth. PURPOSE: This phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of MS-275 in treating patients with advanced solid tumors or lymphoma.

Conditions
COMPLETED
Beclomethasone in Treating Patients With Graft-Versus-Host Disease of the Esophagus, Stomach, Small Intestine, or Colon
Description

RATIONALE: Beclomethasone may be an effective treatment for graft-versus-host disease. PURPOSE: Phase I/II trial to study the effectiveness of beclomethasone in treating patients who have graft-versus-host disease of the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, or colon.

COMPLETED
Phase I Dose Escalation Study for VIP152 in Patients With Advanced Cancer
Description

Determine the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of VIP152 (BAY 1251152) as monotherapy or in combination in patients with solid tumors and aggressive non-hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL).
