The purpose of this study is to investigate the safety and efficacy of NT 201 (active ingredient: Botulinum (neuro)toxin type A, free from complexing proteins) in the combined treatment of wrinkles in the upper face (Upper Facial Lines \[UFL\]): Horizontal Forehead Lines \[HFL\], Glabellar Frown Lines \[GFL\], and Lateral Canthal Lines \[LCL\]). It is a prospective, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter study with a placebo-control main period (MP) followed by an open-label extension (OLEX) period.
The purpose of the study is to investigate the safety and duration of effect following different doses of Botulinum Toxin A (NT 201) in the treatment of glabellar frown lines (GFL).
To evaluate the safety and efficacy of EB-001 compared to placebo in subjects with glabellar frown lines (GL).
The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the efficacy in wrinkle reduction of a single treatment of three different doses of botulinum toxin compared to placebo, in the treatment of moderate to very severe glabellar frown lines.
The purpose of this study is to show that two FDA-approved botulinum toxin drugs called Xeomin® and Botox® can reduce the severity of vertical lines (wrinkles) that appear between the eyebrows (glabellar frown lines).
The study objective is to show the superior efficacy of IncobotulinumtoxinA (Xeomin) over placebo by evaluation of treatment success analyzing the investigator's rating on the Facial Wrinkle Scale and the patient's assessment on a 4-point scale. 255 female and male patients with moderate to severe glabellar frown lines will be randomized in a 2:1 ratio to receive one injection of IncobotulinumtoxinA (Xeomin) or placebo and will be followed up until day 120.

The study objective was to investigate the safety and efficacy of incobotulinumtoxinA (Xeomin) during repeat dose treatment of glabellar frown lines. 801 participants with moderate to severe glabellar frown lines at maximum frown who completed participation in one of the studies in this program, i.e. MRZ 60201-0520/1, MRZ 60201-0527/1, MRZ 60201-0724/1, or MRZ 60201-0741/1 were eligible to participate in this repeat-dose study.
This is a Phase 2a open-label, single-arm study to evaluate the effects of DaxibotulinumtoxinA-lanm (DAXI) for Injection on the treatment of dynamic forehead lines (FHL) and glabellar lines (GL). Approximately 40 subjects (18 years of age and above) with moderate to severe GL and FHL (all assessed at maximum contraction) will be screened for eligibility with the goal of enrolling and treating 30 subjects to receive DAXI for injection after providing informed consent. The primary objective of this study is to determine the efficacy and safety of the combined treatment of two upper facial regions with DAXI for injection.
STUDY QUESTION: Does the depth of injection of onabotulinumtoxinA neurotoxin in the glabellar complex affect efficacy of the BoTN for the improvement of glabellar frown lines? STUDY AIM * Primary objective: Compare the efficacy of onabotulinumtoxinA neurotoxin injected at the depth of 2mm vs 4mm for the improvement of glabellar lines * Secondary objective: Determine any adverse effects of onabotulinumtoxinA neurotoxin injected at the depth of 2mm vs 4mm RATIONALE FOR THE PROJECT: Although the use of BoTN for treatment of glabellar lines has long been established as safe and effective, the optimal depth of injection has not been established. Our project hopes to establish the optimal depth of injection for onabotulinumtoxinA neurotoxin for maximal improvement of glabellar lines with minimal adverse effects
AI-09 In Subjects with Glabellar Lines
The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the safety and duration of effect of 40 Units of prabotulinumtoxinA-xvfs (Jeuveau®) in providing temporary improvement in the appearance of moderate to severe glabellar lines (frown lines, which are the vertical lines that develop between the eyebrows) in adult participants. It will also determine if the duration of effect of 40 Units of Jeuveau® is greater than that of 20 Units of Jeuveau® and 20 Units of Botox® Cosmetic.
