This study is to find out whether adding the study drug atezolizumab and stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) to standard treatment with abiraterone acetate, prednisone, and Lupron® (leuprolide) is a safe and effective way to treat previously untreated metastatic prostate cancer, and to see whether the study treatment works better than the standard treatment.
The purpose of this study is to compare how subjects feel after receiving injections of two different types of GnRH six months apart. One injection is given under the skin of the abdomen, and the other one into the muscle of the buttock or thigh.
Primary Objectives: * To determine the effectiveness of the 3-month depot leuprolide in inducing and maintaining secondary amenorrhea in patients undergo hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. * To determine the incidence of regained ovarian function manifested as spontaneous restoration of menstruation and normalization of hormonal level in patients after transplantation and discontinuation of long-acting leuprolide.
