4 Clinical Trials for Various Conditions
The main goal of this study is to compare the Haemophilus influenzae type b antibody response in American Indian / Alaska Native (AI/AN) infants to two licensed vaccines: Vaxelis and PedvaxHIB.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate safety, to demonstrate lot-to-lot consistency of the vaccine, to address the relevant concomitant vaccine administrations and to provide a comparison between GSK Biologicals' Hib conjugate vaccine and the licensed monovalent Hib vaccine ActHIB as well as the licensed combination product Pentacel in infants at 2, 4, 6 and 15-18 months of age. This study is designed with a primary and a booster phase.
To monitor the occurrence of invasive Hib disease over time and to determine product-specific rates of invasive Hib disease within the monitored population.
Objectives: * To present the rates of adverse reactions after a dose of DAPTACEL® vaccine administered to children 4 to 6 years of age who have previously received four doses of PENTACEL™ vaccine. * To present immunogenicity before and after a single dose of DAPTACEL® vaccine administered to children 4 to 6 years of age who have previously received four doses of PENTACEL™ vaccine.
