9 Clinical Trials for Various Conditions
This placebo- and active controlled study will investigate the abuse potential of ACT-541468 in healthy recreational drug users
The purpose of this study is to assess the abuse potential of gabapentin enacarbil in healthy adult, non-dependent, recreational drug users.
The main aim is to evaluate the relative abuse potential of soticlestat in healthy adults who has used central nervous system (CNS) depressants for recreational nontherapeutic reasons.
This randomized, single-dose, placebo- and active-controlled, crossover study will evaluate the abuse liability potential of cenobamate in recreational drug users with sedative drug use experience. In the Qualification phase, subjects will receive a single dose of either alprazolam or placebo in a crossover design, with a wash-out period of at least 24 hours between treatments. Subjects who are clearly able to distinguish the positive control from placebo will be enrolled in the Treatment phase and will be randomized to single oral doses of cenobamate (2 dose levels), alprazolam (2 dose levels), and placebo in a double-blind, double-dummy, 5-way crossover design. Washout-periods between the 5 treatment periods in the Treatment phase will be at least 16 days.
This single-center study will be a single-dose, randomized, double-blind, placebo- and active-controlled crossover study with a single inpatient treatment visit. The abuse potential of single oral doses of EB-1020 IR (400 mg, 800 mg) will be compared with that of placebo and d-amphetamine (20 mg, 40 mg; active control) in healthy recreational stimulant users. Subjects will participate in a medical Screening visit (Visit 1), one 4-day inpatient Qualification Phase (Visit 2), one 11-day inpatient Treatment Phase (Visit 3), and a safety Follow-up visit (Visit 4).
This randomized, placebo- and active-controlled, crossover study will evaluate the abuse liability potential of RO4917838 in recreational drug users. In a pre-study (Part 1), subjects will receive a single dose of either diazepam or placebo in an inpatient crossover design, with a wash-out period of at least 10 days between treatments. Subjects who are clearly able to distinguish the positive control from placebo will be enrolled in the main study (Part 2) and will be randomized to single oral doses of RO4917838 (3 dose levels), diazepam and placebo in a double-blind, double-dummy inpatient crossover design. Washout-periods between the 5 treatment periods in Part 2 will be at least 10 days.
This will be a randomized, double-blind, double-dummy, placebo- and active-controlled, 6 treatment, 6-period crossover single-dose, Williams square design study in healthy male and/or female adult, non-drug-dependent recreational opioid users.
This is a Phase 4 clinical study in healthy non-drug dependent recreational opioid users to assess the abuse potential of Lyrica when taken alone or in combination with oxycodone.
The main purpose of this study is to simulate if oxycodone and naltrexone combination capsules (ALO-02) were to be tampered with by dissolving and then injecting intravenously for the purpose of getting high.
