RECRUITING
Study of RMC-6291 in Combination with RMC-6236 in Participants with Advanced KRAS G12C Mutant Solid Tumors
Description

This study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and PK profiles of RMC-6291 and RMC-6236 in adults with KRAS G12C-mutated solid tumors.

TERMINATED
A Study of BMS-986466 With Adagrasib With or Without Cetuximab in Participants With Kirsten Rat Sarcoma Virus Glycine 12 to Cysteine (KRAS G12C)-Mutant Solid Tumors
Description

The purpose of this study is to find a safe, tolerable, and efficacious dose of BMS-986466 when given orally, in combination with adagrasib with or without cetuximab in participants with advanced KRAS G12C-mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), pancreatic duct adenocarcinoma (PDAC), biliary tract cancer (BTC), or colorectal cancer (CRC).

RECRUITING
Testing the Use of AMG 510 (Sotorasib) and Panitumumab as a Targeted Treatment for KRAS G12C Mutant Solid Tumor Cancers (A ComboMATCH Treatment Trial)
Description

This phase II ComboMATCH treatment trial tests how well AMG 510 (sotorasib) with or without panitumumab works in treating patients with KRAS G12C mutant solid tumors that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced). Sotorasib is in a class of medications called KRAS inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of the abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps stop or slow the spread of cancer cells. Panitumumab is in a class of medications called monoclonal antibodies. It works by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells. Giving combination panitumumab and sotorasib may kill more tumor cells in patients with advanced solid tumors with KRAS G12C mutation.

ACTIVE_NOT_RECRUITING
Dose Escalation and Dose Expansion Study of RMC-6291 Monotherapy in Subjects With Advanced KRASG12C Mutant Solid Tumors
Description

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of escalating doses of RMC-6291 (KRAS G12C(ON) inhibitor) monotherapy in adult subjects with advanced solid tumors and to identify the maximum tolerated dose (MTD), and the recommended Phase 2 dose.

ACTIVE_NOT_RECRUITING
Platform Study of JDQ443 in Combinations in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors Harboring the KRAS G12C Mutation
Description

This is Phase Ib/II, multicenter, open-label adaptive platform study of JDQ443 with select therapies in patients with advanced solid tumors harboring the KRAS G12C mutation.

ACTIVE_NOT_RECRUITING
Study of JDQ443 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors Harboring the KRAS G12C Mutation
Description

This is a phase Ib/II open label study. The escalation part will characterize the safety and tolerability of JDQ443 single agent and JDQ443 in combination with the other study treatments (TNO155 and tislelizumab) in advanced solid tumor patients. After the determination of the maximum tolerated dose / recommended dose for a particular treatment arm, dose expansion will assess the anti-tumor activity and further assess the safety, tolerability, and PK/PD of each regimen at the maximum tolerated dose / recommended dose or lower dose.

RECRUITING
JAB-21822 Activity in Adult Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors Harboring KRAS G12C Mutation
Description

This study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of JAB-21822 monotherapy and combination therapy in adult participants with advanced solid tumors harboring KRAS G12C mutation.

ACTIVE_NOT_RECRUITING
A Phase 1/2, Study Evaluating the Safety, Tolerability, PK, and Efficacy of Sotorasib (AMG 510) in Subjects With Solid Tumors With a Specific KRAS Mutation (CodeBreaK 100)
Description

Evaluate the safety and tolerability of sotorasib in adult subjects with KRAS p.G12C mutant advanced solid tumors. Estimate the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or a recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) in adult subjects with KRAS p.G12C mutant advanced solid tumors.

RECRUITING
A Phase 1/2 Study of Inlexisertib (DCC-3116) in Patients With RAS/MAPK Pathway Mutant Solid Tumors
Description

This is a Phase 1/2, multicenter, open label, first in human (FIH) study of inlexisertib as monotherapy, and in combination with trametinib, binimetinib, or sotorasib in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors with RAS/MAPK pathway mutation. The study consists of 2 parts, a dose-escalation phase, and an expansion phase.

RECRUITING
A Study of the Pan-KRAS Inhibitor LY4066434 in Participants With KRAS Mutant Solid Tumors
Description

The main purpose of the study is to assess whether the study drug, LY4066434, is safe and tolerable when administered to participants with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors with certain KRAS mutations. LY4066434 will be given alone or in combination with other treatments. The study will have 2 parts: monotherapy dose escalation and dose optimization. The study is expected to last up to approximately 5 years.

RECRUITING
Open-label Study of BBO-11818 in Adult Subjects With KRAS Mutant Cancer
Description

A first in human study to evaluate the safety and preliminary antitumor activity of BBO-11818, a pan-KRAS inhibitor, in subjects with locally advanced unresectable or metastatic KRAS mutant solid tumors.

COMPLETED
A Study of IMM-6-415 in RAS/RAF Mutant Solid Tumors
Description

This is a FIH, ascending dose study to characterize the safety, tolerability, optimal dose and preliminary anti-tumor activity of IMM-6-415 in participants with advanced or metastatic solid tumors harboring RAS or RAF oncogenic mutations.

ACTIVE_NOT_RECRUITING
Dose Finding Study of TNO155 in Adult Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors
Description

The purpose of this first in human (FIH) trial is to characterize the safety and tolerability of the SHP2 inhibitor TNO155 alone and in combination with EGF816 (nazartinib) and identify a recommended dose for future studies in adult patients with advanced solid tumors in selected indications.
