3 Clinical Trials for Various Conditions
This phase II trial studies how well nivolumab and relatlimab work in treating participants with chordoma that has spread to other places in the body. Monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and relatlimab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.
This is an open-label, non-randomized, first-in-human Phase 1/2 study designed to evaluate the safety and tolerability of CFT8634 in subjects with synovial sarcoma and SMARCB1-null tumors who: have received prior systemic therapy; have relapsed/refractory tumors; have unresectable or metastatic disease; and are not candidates for available therapies known to confer clinical benefit. The study will characterize the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary antitumor activity of CFT8634.
This protocol will examine the safety of intratumoral administration of Clostridium Novyi-NT spores in patients with treatment-refractory solid tumor malignancies. This investigational study will measure anti-tumor activity of C. novyi-NT administered intratumoral in patients with treatment-refractory solid tumor malignancies.
