Biomarker Analysis in High PD-L1 Expressing NSCLC Patients Treated With PD-1/PD-L1 Based Therapy With or Without the Addition of Platinum Based Chemotherapy
Description

This Observational study will explore the utility of the Biodesix, Inc. "PIR" (primary immune response) test to predict outcomes in treatment-naïve advanced stage NSCLC with PD-L1 tumor proportion score (TPS) \> 50% and ECOG performance status (PS) 0-2 NSCLC patients who are treated with PD-1/PD-L1 based therapy with or without the addition of platinum based chemotherapy.

TERMINATED
Study of Tarloxotinib in Pts With NSCLC (EGFR Exon 20 Insertion, HER2-activating Mutations) & Other Solid Tumors With NRG1/ERBB Gene Fusions
Description

Open-label, Phase 2, single treatment arm, 3 cohorts

ACTIVE_NOT_RECRUITING
A Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo Controlled Phase III Study to Investigate Efficacy and Safety of First-Line Treatment With HLX10 + Chemotherapy (Carboplatin-Nanoparticle Albumin Bound (Nab) Paclitaxel) in Patients With Stage IIIB/IIIC or IV NSCLC
Description

This study is a randomized, double-blind, multicenter, phase III clinical study to compare the clinical efficacy and safety of HLX10 + chemotherapy vs chemotherapy in subjects with locally advanced or metastatic squamous NSCLC who have not previously received systemic treatment. Eligible subjects in this study will be randomized to Arm A or Arm B at 2:1 ratio as follows: Arm A (HLX10 arm): HLX10 + chemotherapy (carboplatin nab paclitaxel) Arm B (placebo arm): Placebo + chemotherapy (carboplatin nab paclitaxel) The three stratification factors for randomization include: PD-L1 expression level (Tumor Proportion Scores \[TPS\]≥50%, 50%\>TPS≥1%, TPS\<1%), Asian population (yes or no), NSCLC stage (stage IIIB/IIIC or stage IV), and carboplatin AUC (5 or 6).

RECRUITING
Local Consolidative Therapy and Durvalumab for Oligoprogressive and Polyprogressive Stage III NSCLC After Chemoradiation and Anti-PD-L1 Therapy
Description

This phase II trial finds out the effect of local consolidative therapy and durvalumab in treating patients with stage III non-small cell lung cancer that has 3 or fewer lesions of progression (oligoprogressive) and greater than 3 lesions of progression (polyprogressive) after chemoradiation and anti-PD-l1 therapy. Local consolidative therapy, such as surgery and/or radiation, after initial treatment may kill any remaining tumor cells. Immunotherapy with durvalumab, may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving local consolidative therapy and durvalumab may help to control the disease.

TERMINATED
Mobile Devices to Detect Early Pneumonitis in Stage III NSCLC Patients on Durvalumab.
Description

A study of whether mobile devices can improve the detection of pulmonary AEs (including pneumonitis) in stage III NSCLC patients post-CRT, while on durvalumab.

ACTIVE_NOT_RECRUITING
Brigatinib and Bevacizumab for the Treatment of ALK-Rearranged Locally Advanced, Metastatic, or Recurrent NSCLC
Description

This phase Ib trial studies the side effects and best dose of brigatinib and how well it works with bevacizumab in treating patients with ALK-rearranged non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to nearby tissues or lymph nodes (locally advanced) or other places in the body (metastatic) or has come back (recurrent). Brigatinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Monoclonal antibodies, such as bevacizumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. It is not yet known if brigatinib and bevacizumab will work better in treating patients with ALK-rearranged non-small cell lung cancer.

COMPLETED
Combinations of Cemiplimab (Anti-PD-1 Antibody) and Platinum-based Doublet Chemotherapy in Patients With Lung Cancer
Description

The primary objectives of this study are: Part 1: To compare the overall survival (OS) of cemiplimab/chemo-f and cemiplimab/chemo-l/ipi versus platinum-based doublet chemotherapy in the first-line treatment of patients with advanced squamous or nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with tumors expressing PD-L1 in \<50% of tumor cells. Part 2: To compare the OS of cemiplimab/chemo-f with placebo/chemo-f in the first-line treatment of patients with advanced squamous or non-squamous NSCLC irrespective of PD-L1 expression. The key secondary objectives are: Part 1: To compare the progression-free survival (PFS) and objective response rate (ORR) of cemiplimab/chemo-f and cemiplimab/chemo-l/ipi versus chemo-f in the first-line treatment of patients with advanced squamous or non-squamous NSCLC and tumors expressing PD-L1 in \<50% of tumor cells. Part 2: To compare the PFS and ORR of cemiplimab/chemo-f versus placebo/chemo-f in the first-line treatment of patients with advanced squamous or non-squamous NSCLC irrespective of PD-L1 expression.
