Safety and Efficacy of Combination Osimertinib and Ipilimumab in Patients w EGFR Mutated NSCLC
Description

This is a prospective, open label, interventional trial beginning with a phase 1b safety run-in followed by an expansion cohort.

RECRUITING
Phase 1/2 Study of BDTX-1535 in Patients With Glioblastoma or Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer With EGFR Mutations
Description

BDTX-1535-101 is an open-label, Phase 1 dose escalation and Phase 2 multiple cohort study designed to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), optimal dosage, central nervous system (CNS) activity, and antitumor activity of BDTX-1535. The study population comprises adults with either advanced/metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with non-classical or acquired epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) resistance (EGFR C797S) mutations with or without CNS disease (in Phase 1 and Phase 2), or glioblastoma (GBM) expressing EGFR alterations (Phase 1 only). All patients will self-administer BDTX-1535 monotherapy by mouth in 21-day cycles. Phase 1 enrollment is now complete. Phase 2 is currently enrolling.

COMPLETED
Phase II AZD9291 Open Label Study in NSCLC After Previous EGFR TKI Therapy in EGFR and T790M Mutation Positive Tumours
Description

A Phase II, Open Label, Single-arm Study to Assess the Safety and Efficacy of AZD9291 in Patients with Locally Advanced/Metastatic Non Small Cell Lung Cancer whose Disease has Progressed with Previous Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor Therapy and whose Tumours are Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor Mutation and T790M Mutation Positive

RECRUITING
A Study of Zipalertinib in Patients With Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer With Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) Exon 20 Insertions or Other Uncommon Mutation.
Description

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of zipalertinib in participants with locally advanced or metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) harboring EGFR ex20ins mutations and other mutations.

COMPLETED
Phase I Trial of Afatinib (BIBW 2992) and Dasatinib in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)
Description

The purpose of this study is to: * Find out if the study drugs Afatinib and Dasatinib can be safely given together to patients with lung cancer * Learn how these two drugs work in cancer cells when they are combined * Learn more about the side effects of these two drugs when combined * Find the highest doses of the study drugs Afatinib and Dasatinib that can be given safely without causing serious side effects

COMPLETED
Phase I/II Study of CK-101 in NSCLC Patients and Other Advanced Solid Tumors
Description

CK-101 is a novel, potent, small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) that selectively targets mutant forms of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) while sparing wild-type (WT) EGFR. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the pharmacokinetic (PK) and safety profile of oral CK-101; to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of oral CK-101; to assess the safety and efficacy of CK-101 in treatment-naive NSCLC patients known to have activating EGFR mutations and previously treated NSCLC patients known to have the T790M EGFR mutation.
