This is a Phase 1, open label, fixed sequence study of the effect of multiple dose PF-06650833 on single dose OC PK in healthy female subjects.
This is a Phase 1, randomized, 2 way crossover, multiple dose, open label study of the effect of multiple dose PF-06651600 on single dose OC PK in healthy female subjects. Subjects will be randomized to 1 of 2 treatment sequences.
This is an open-label, 2-cycle, multiple-dose, single-sequence study in women of child-bearing potential. The primary objective is to assess the effect of BMS-986142 on the pharmacokinetics (PK) of Combined Oral Contraceptive Containing Ethinyl Estradiol and Norethindrone Acetate.
The purpose of this research study is to gain a better understanding of the changes that may occur in the breast when a woman uses an oral contraceptive (birth control pill). Some research indicates that women who use birth control pills with lower amounts of estrogen (a hormone in the birth control pill) may have lower breast cell growth than women who use birth control pills with a higher amount of estrogen; this research will examine that in detail. This research will also test whether the results found in HS-07-00269 can be confirmed.
The purpose of this research study is to gain a better understanding of the changes that may occur in the breast when a woman uses an oral contraceptive (birth control pill). Some research indicates that women who use birth control pills with lower amounts of progestin (a hormone in the birth control pill) may have lower breast cell growth than women who use birth control pills with a higher amount of progestin; this research will examine that in detail.
The objectives of this study were to evaluate the efficacy and safety of drospirenone 3 mg/ethinyl estradiol 0.02 mg (DRSP/EE) in comparison with placebo in female subjects with moderate acne vulgaris during 6 treatment cycles
The purpose of this study is to determine whether the study drug is safe and effective
A Phase 1, Open-label, Fixed-sequence Study to Investigate the Effects of EDP 305 on the Pharmacokinetics of a Combined Oral Contraceptive in Healthy Adult Female Subjects
A Phase 1, drug, drug, interaction study between Lurasidone HCl and Ortho-tri cyclen
The investigators are conducting a research study to understand how cells responsible for fighting infection (immune cells) are affected by hormonal contraceptive use. The investigators hypothesize that progestin-containing hormonal contraceptives (i.e., Depo-Provera) inhibit host response to infection. To test this hypothesis, the investigators will collect blood and genital tract samples from women before and after their initiation of a hormonal contraceptive (either birth control pills, Depo-Provera, or Mirena).
