4 Clinical Trials for Various Conditions
This pilot study aims to address whether the prophylactic use of Cetrorelix Acetate after a long gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist protocol post-hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) administration can significantly reduce the incidence of OHSS in oocyte donors.
We hypothesize that the combination of natural cycle IVF or low dose gonadotropin injection combined with In Vitro Maturation (IVM) (Natural IVF/IVM) is a viable option for a selected population of infertility patients who cannot tolerate exogenous gonadotropins or are at risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome.
This a prospective randomized double blind study involving patients at high risk of OHSS development with peak serum E2 levels \< 4,000 pg/ml comparing the ongoing pregnancy rates in patients who receive adjuvant hCG 1,000 IU at the time of GnRH agonist trigger or adjuvant hCG 1,500 IU 35 hours after GnRH agonist trigger.
To compare the incidence of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) and implantation rate between high responder patients using Gonadotropin releasing GnRH) agonist or human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) to trigger final oocyte maturation.
