COMPLETED
Study to Evaluate the Safety, Efficacy and Pharmacokinetics of Optimark (Gadoversetamide) in Pediatric Patients
Description

The objective of this study is to characterize the safety, efficacy and pharmacokinetic profiles of Optimark at the standard clinical dose of 0.1 mmol/kg in the pediatric patient population.

COMPLETED
Fibrin Sealant for the Sealing of Dura Sutures
Description

The purpose of this study is to investigate the efficacy and safety of FS VH S/D 500 s-apr, a double virus-inactivated biological two-component fibrin sealant, for use in posterior fossa surgery as an adjunct to dura and dura substitute sutures in preventing postoperative cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leakage.

TERMINATED
Pilot Study to Identify the Influence of Genetic Profile Aberrations on Patients With Recurrent Hernias
Description

The aim of this study is to compare collagen composition in the skin and fascia of patients with recurrent or incisional hernias versus normal controls. We will identify potential genes responsible for genetic alterations in collagen deposition by using gene chip analysis of the tissue obtained and comparing the hernia group versus controls. The ultimate goal of this study is to identify target genes which may help us eventually predict which patients are at risk for developing post-operative hernias.

SUSPENDED
Evaluation of Safety, Tolerability and Preliminary Efficacy of EHP-101 in Diffuse Cutaneous Systemic Sclerosis
Description

The purpose of this trial is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of EHP-101 in adult subjects with diffuse cutaneous Systemic Sclerosis (dcSSc).

TERMINATED
A Phase 2 Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of LOU064 in Patients With Moderate to Severe Sjögren's Syndrome
Description

This was an adaptive design phase 2 study to establish safety and efficacy; and to characterize the dose-response of LOU064 in subjects with moderate to severe Sjögren's syndrome. LOU064 is an oral Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor.

COMPLETED
SERF VT Ablation Early Feasibility Study (EFS)
Description

This is an early feasibility, non-randomized, open-label, single group, interventional study to be conducted in up to 20 US subjects to evaluate the technical feasibility of the Durablate Catheter and Thermedical Ablation System to eliminate or control sustained, monomorphic ventricular tachycardia (VT) in patients with VT refractory to drug and conventional catheter ablation with acceptable procedural safety.

TERMINATED
Phase 3 Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Intravenous BIIB093 (Glibenclamide) for Severe Cerebral Edema Following Large Hemispheric Infarction
Description

The primary objective of Part 1 of the study is to determine if BIIB093 improves functional outcome at Day 90 as measured by the modified Rankin Scale (mRS) when compared with placebo in participants with Large Hemispheric Infarction (LHI). The secondary objectives of Part 1 of the study are to determine if BIIB093 improves overall survival at Day 90 when compared with placebo, if BIIB093 improves functional outcome at Day 90 on the mRS dichotomized 0-4 vs. 5-6 when compared with placebo, if BIIB093 reduces midline shift at 72 hours (or at time of decompressive craniectomy \[DC\] or comfort measures only \[CMO\], if earlier) when compared with placebo, and to evaluate the safety and tolerability of BIIB093 in participants with LHI. The objectives of Part 2 of the study are to evaluate long-term disability following LHI, to evaluate long-term outcome measures of clinical function, quality of life, and healthcare utilization, and to assess the safety of BIIB093 in subjects with LHI during the follow-up period.

UNKNOWN
Dilated cardiomYopathy iNtervention With Allogeneic MyocardIally-regenerative Cells (DYNAMIC)
Description

To determine the safety profile of CAP-1002 administered by multi-vessel intracoronary infusion in subjects with DCM. The study will further explore safety and exploratory efficacy endpoints of CAP-1002.

COMPLETED
The Altis® Single Incision Sling System for Female Stress Urinary Incontinence Study
Description

An international, multi-center, single arm, prospective clinical study designed to assess the safety and efficacy of the Coloplast Altis single incision sling system for females with stress urinary incontinence (SUI).

UNKNOWN
Neuroimaging of Pavlovian Fear Conditioning Processes in Patients With Pathological Anxiety
Description

The purpose of this study is to use functional magnetic resonance imaging to investigate how the human brain learns to form associations between neutral and emotional stimuli. The study is based on the basic principles of Pavlovian conditioning. When someone learns that a neutral stimulus (such as the sound of a bell) predicts an unpleasant stimulus (such as a mild electrical shock), the neutral stimulus takes on the properties of an emotional stimulus. The investigators are interested in the neural processes involved in this learning in people with a clinical anxiety disorder and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

COMPLETED
Study of TRC102 in Combination With Pemetrexed in Cancer Patients
Description

This study is being performed to evaluate the safety and tolerability of TRC102 in combination with Alimta. In addition to safety, this study will also evaluate pharmacokinetics and tumor response.
