4 Clinical Trials for Various Conditions
The purpose of the study was to evaluate the pharmacokinetics of a single oral dose of gilteritinib in male and female participants with severe renal impairment compared to healthy male and female participants with normal renal function. This study also evaluated safety and tolerability of a single oral dose of gilteritinib in male and female participants with severe renal impairment and healthy male and female participants with normal renal function. Part 2 of the study (mild and moderate renal impairment) was not conducted based on the final pharmacokinetic findings from part 1 (severe renal impairment).
The objective of this study was to assess the safety and tolerability, including the maximum tolerated dose, of gilteritinib in participants with relapsed or treatment-refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML). This study also determined the pharmacokinetic (PK) parameters of gilteritinib.
The purpose of this study is to compare the single-dose pharmacokinetics of ASP2215 in subjects with mild and moderate hepatic impairment to matched healthy subjects with normal hepatic function. This study will also assess the safety and tolerability of single-dose ASP2215 in subjects with mild and moderate hepatic impairment and matched control subjects.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the pharmacokinetics of 14C-labeled gilteritinib, in particular, the routes of excretion and extent of metabolism of gilteritinib following administration of a single dose of 14C-labeled gilteritinib after repeated doses of gilteritinib. This study will also evaluate the safety of repeated oral administration of gilteritinib in subjects with advanced solid tumors as well as identify the metabolic profile of gilteritinib in plasma, urine and feces after a single oral dose of 14C-labeled gilteritinib.
