Description

A general protocol to treat a variety of dermatologic conditions and collect patient feedback. Primary outcome is the collection and analysis of patient questionnaires related to the overall experience of the device treatment. Secondary outcome measures include physician and subject evaluations in regards to improvement seen in the device as well as assessment of side effects.

Perceptual Expertise Training for Triage of Moles
Description

The aim of this study is to assess a novel educational mobile and online application which will use images of pigmented skin lesions with question prompts to train future medical providers to more accurately detect malignant lesions. The hypothesis of this study is that this new educational tool will result in higher melanoma detection rates among future providers.

Molecular Analysis of Childhood and Adolescent Melanocytic Lesions
Description

This is an observational, non-therapeutic study to collect clinical and molecular information of pediatric patients with childhood melanocytic lesions. PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: To perform a comprehensive molecular analysis of samples either from paraffin embedded and/or frozen tissue from patients with pediatric melanocytic lesions (including melanoma, spitzoid melanoma, congenital melanoma, melanoma arising in giant nevi). SECONDARY OBJECTIVE: To collect minimal information on patients treated with adjuvant or systemic therapies according to National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) guidelines.
