This clinical trial collects and tests samples using genetic testing to find personalized treatments that may work best for patients with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Several types of MCL are difficult to treat due to specific genetic changes (mutations or alterations in the DNA/RNA expression in the cells) that make them not respond to a certain type of drug called a Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor. The goal of this clinical research study is to use genetic testing to identify which drugs may be most effective in treating patients with MCL who have this type of genetic mutation.
The primary objective of this study is to assess objective response rate (ORR) in patients with relapsed or refractory MCL who failed ibrutinib treatment or were unable to tolerate ibrutinib.
The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and clinical efficacy of the combination of panobinostat plus bortezomib.
The primary objective of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of ibrutinib in participants with relapsed or refractory MCL. The secondary objective was to evaluate the safety of a fixed daily dosing regimen (560 mg daily) of PCI-32765 in this population.

The study consists of two parts. This phase II trial studies how well onalespib works in treating patients with anaplastic large cell lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma, or diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has not responded to previous treatment (refractory) or that has returned after a period of improvement (recurrent). Onalespib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
The goal of this clinical research study is to find the highest tolerable dose of carfilzomib and ibrutinib that can be given to patients with relapsed or refractory MCL. Researchers also want to learn if carfilzomib and ibrutinib can help to control the disease. This is an investigational study. Ibrutinib is FDA approved and commercially available to treat MCL and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Carfilzomib is FDA approved and commercially available to treat certain types of multiple myeloma. Giving carfilzomib to patients with MCL is investigational. The combination of ibrutinib and carfilzomib is investigational. The study doctor can explain how the study drugs are designed to work. Up to 35 participants will be enrolled on this study. All will be enrolled at MD Anderson.
The goal of this clinical research study is to learn if carfilzomib can help control relapsed or refractory MCL. The safety of this drug will also be studied.
The goal of Part 1 of this clinical research study is to find the highest tolerable dose of carfilzomib that can be given in combination with lenalidomide and rituximab to patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell non-hodgkin lymphoma. The goal of Part 2 of this study is to learn if the drug combination can help to control B-cell non-hodgkin lymphoma. The safety of this drug combination will be studied in both parts. Carfilzomib is designed to keep cancer cells from repairing themselves. If the cancer cells cannot repair themselves, this may cause them to die. Lenalidomide is designed to change the body's immune system. It may also interfere with the development of tiny blood vessels that help support tumor growth. This may decrease the growth of cancer cells. Rituximab is designed to attach to cancer cells and damage them, which may cause the cancer cells to die. It is also designed to cause the immune system to attack cancer cells.
This study is evaluating whether an experimental treatment called GLPG5101 helps to treat non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) and if it is safe to use. This study will be carried out in 2 phases: * The first phase is to see which doses of GLPG5101 work best with the least number of side effects. * In the second phase, participants will receive the selected dose(s) based on the results in the first phase.
DALY II USA is a phase II, multi-center, single arm study to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of zamtocabtagene autoleucel (MB-CART2019.1) in patients with relapsed and/or refractory diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) after receiving at least two lines of therapy. Additional cohorts include subjects with B-cell primary or secondary central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma (PCNSL) and (SCNSL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) and Richter's transformation (RT) after receiving at least one line of therapy.

This is a Phase 1 dose-escalation study of PRT2527, a potent and highly selective cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) 9 inhibitor, in participants with select relapsed or refractory (R/R) hematologic malignancies. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, recommended phase 2 dose (PR2D), and preliminary efficacy of PRT2527 as a monotherapy and in combination with zanubrutinib or venetoclax.
Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) is a cancer that arises from the transformation of normal B and T lymphocytes (white blood cells). The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of ABBV-101 in adult participants in relapsed or refractory (R/R) non-Hodgkin's lymphomas: third line or later of treatment (3L) + chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), non-germinal center B cell (GCB) DLBCL, mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), follicular lymphoma (FL), marginal zone lymphoma (MZL), Waldenström macroglobulinemia (WM), or transformed indolent NHL. Adverse events will be assessed. ABBV-101 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of NHL. This study will include a dose escalation phase to determine the maximum administered dose (MAD)/Maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of ABBV-101 and a dose expansion phase to determine the change in disease activity in participants with CLL or non-GCB DLBCL. Approximately 244 adult participants with multiple NHL subtypes will be enrolled in the study in sites world wide. In the Dose Escalation phase of the study participants will receive escalating oral doses of ABBV-101, until the MAD/MTD is determined, as part of the approximately 88 month study duration. In the dose expansion phase of the study participants receive oral ABBV-101, as part of the approximately 88 month study duration . There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The effect of the treatment will be frequently checked by medical assessments, blood tests, and side effects.

The main purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of odronextamab in destroying cancer cells and to learn more about the safety of odronextamab.
