This is an open-label, phase I/II study of duvelisib in combination with Venetoclax for patients with relapsed/refractory NHL. Duvelisib is an FDA approved, marketed product used to treat certain patients with leukemia and lymphoma and Venetoclax, which is approved for treatment of certain patients with acute myeloid leukemia. The combination of these two drugs is experimental. Experimental means that it is not approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The researchers want to find out how safe it is to combine these drugs and how well this combination can work for your cancer.
The primary purpose of this study is to evaluate the anti-tumor activity of TLN-254 monotherapy in participants with relapsed or refractory T-cell lymphoma.
A Phase 3, randomized, 2-arm, open-label, multicenter, stratified study of soquelitinib versus physician's choice standard of care (SOC) treatment (selected single agents) in participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) peripheral T-cell lymphoma not otherwise specified (PTCL-NOS), follicular helper T-cell lymphomas (FHTCLs), or systemic anaplastic large-cell lymphoma (sALCL).
The primary purpose of the study is to assess safety, and to identify the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of tolinapant in combination with oral decitabine/cedazuridine in Phase 1 and to assess preliminary efficacy as determined by overall response rate (ORR) in Phase 2.
This is a multi-center phase Ib study, which evaluates the safety and efficacy of lacutamab monotherapy in patients with relapsed/refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma that express KIR3DL2.
This is a single arm, open label, multicenter study phase 2 study of pembrolizumab and brentuximab in subjects with relapsed/refractory CD30 positive T-cell lymphoma (including peripheral T-cell lymphoma and cutaneous T-cell lymphoma) who have received at least one prior therapy. We hypothesize that this combination is effective and will produce an overall response rate of \~55%. Pembrolizumab and brentuximab will be administered for 16 cycles in subjects with responsive disease. Pembrolizumab will be continued for an additional 19 cycles (total 35 cycles). Response assessments will occur at pre-specified intervals. For the primary endpoint the response assessment after 3 cycles will be taken into consideration. Dose adjustments for specific toxicities with either drug are detailed in the protocol. Based on statistical analysis 32 subjects will need to be accrued to evaluate for disease response based on historical control.

This phase I trial finds the appropriate parsaclisib dose level in combination with romidepsin for the treatment of T-cell lymphomas that have come back (relapsed) or that have not responded to standard treatment (refractory). The other goals of this trial are to find the proportion of patients whose cancer is put into complete remission or significantly reduced by romidepsin and parsaclisib, and to measure the effectiveness of romidepsin and parsaclisib in terms of patient survival. Romidepsin blocks certain enzymes (histone deacetylases) and acts by stopping cancer cells from dividing. Parsaclisib is a PI3K inhibitor. The PI3K pathway promotes cancer cell proliferation, growth, and survival. Parsaclisib, thus, may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking PI3K enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving romidepsin and parsaclisib in combination may work better in treating relapsed or refractory T-cell lymphomas compared to either drug alone.
This is a Phase 1, first-in-human (FIH), open-label, multicenter, study of LB1901 administered to adult subjects with histologically confirmed CD4+ relapsed or refractory Peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) (PTCL not otherwise specified \[PTCL-NOS\] and angioimmunoblastic \[AITL\]), or relapsed or refractory cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) (Sézary syndrome \[SS\] and mycosis fungoides \[MF\]).

A multicenter trial evaluating the combination of nivolumab and the antagonistic CSF-1R monoclonal antibody cabiralizumab (BMS-986227) in patients with relapsed/refractory peripheral T cell lymphoma
To characterize safety, tolerability and to establish the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of Tenalisib in combination with Romidepsin in patients with R/R T-cell lymphoma.
This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of pralatrexate when given together with pembrolizumab and how well they work in treating patients with peripheral T-cell lymphomas that has come back after a period of improvement or has not responded to treatment. Pralatrexate may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving pembrolizumab and pralatrexate may work better in treating patients with peripheral T-cell lymphomas.
This phase II trial studies how well brentuximab vedotin and lenalidomide work in treating patients with stage IB-IVB T-cell lymphoma that have come back or do not respond to treatment. Monoclonal antibodies, such as brentuximab vedotin, may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as lenalidomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving brentuximab vedotin and lenalidomide may work better in treating patients with T-cell lymphoma.

This phase II trial studies how well nivolumab works in treating patients with peripheral T-cell lymphoma that has come back after a period of improvement or that does not respond to treatment. Monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may block cancer growth in different ways by targeting certain cells.

Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as anti-ICOS monoclonal antibody MEDI-570, may induce changes in the body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.
This study addresses the hypothesis that intermittent treatment with fenretinide intravenous emulsion will induce objective responses in patients with relapsed or refractory Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma (PTCL) who have failed at least one prior systemic therapy and will result in acceptable toxicities.
This is a Phase 1 clinical trial, a type of research study. The purpose of this phase 1 clinical trial is to find out whether a new study drug, ibrutinib, is safe in patients with T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has either come back or not responded to treatment. In this phase 1 study, different doses of ibrutinib (560 mg and 840 mg daily) will be tested to see what effect the drug has on the patient and the disease.
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of CPI-613 when given together with bendamustine hydrochloride in treating patients with relapsed or refractory T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma or Hodgkin lymphoma. CPI-613 may kill cancer cells by turning off their mitochondria, which are used by cancer cells to produce energy and are the building blocks needed to make more cancer cells. By shutting off mitochondria, CPI-613 may deprive the cancer cells of energy and other supplies needed to survive and grow. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as bendamustine hydrochloride, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving CPI-613 with bendamustine hydrochloride may kill more cancer cells.
This is an open-label, single-arm pilot study of Oncaspar® with dexamethasone for patients with relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL), excluding extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma (ENKTL). Patients will receive up to 8 courses of treatment.
The main purpose of this study is to test if brentuximab vedotin has an effect on cancer in patients with a certain type of large B-cell lymphoma. The side effects (unwanted effects) of SGN-35 in patients with this certain type of large B-cell lymphoma will also be studied. It is not known if brentuximab vedotin is better or worse than other treatment patients might be given.

This is a phase 3, randomized, 2-arm, open-label, international trial evaluating alisertib compared with single-agent treatment, as selected by the investigator from the offered options of pralatrexate or gemcitabine or romidepsin, in participants with relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL). Note: romidepsin was not used as a single-agent comparator outside the United States of America (USA) as supply was not available.
