This study evaluates the safety and efficacy of combining the EZH2 inhibitor tazemetostat with rituximab in R/R FL subjects previously treated with at least 2 standard prior systemic treatment regimens where at least 1 anti-CD20-based regimen was used.
The participants of this study would have relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma. Follicular lymphoma is a type of blood cancer. It is referred to as 'relapsed' when the disease has come back after a period of improvement after that follows a treatment regimen and 'refractory' when treatment no longer works. Stage 1 of this trial will study the safety and the level that adverse effects of each of the study drug combinations can be tolerated (known as tolerability). It is also designed to establish a recommended study drug dosage for stage 2 and 3. Stage 1 of the study is completed. Stages 2 and 3 will evaluate and compare how long participants live without their disease getting worse when receiving the study drug in combination with other drug treatment versus the placebo (dummy drug) in combination with other drug treatment.
Phase II study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of DR vs R-CHOP in subjects with relapsed/refractory FL
This open-label, multicenter, global study is designed to assess the safety, tolerability, preliminary efficacy, and pharmacokinetics of intravenous atezolizumab (MPDL3280A) and obinutuzumab in participants with refractory or relapsed follicular lymphoma (FL) or atezolizumab and obinutuzumab or tazemetostat administered in participants with refractory or relapsed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). The anticipated duration of this study is approximately 4.5 years.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the response and safety in subjects receiving the drugs lenalidomide and azacitidine when each drug is given by itself and when the drugs are taken together. This study is open for patients with relapsed or refractory follicular or marginal zone lymphoma.
This study is researching an experimental drug called odronextamab (referred to as study drug), in combination with lenalidomide. The study is focused on participants who have one of two types of cancer: follicular lymphoma (FL) or marginal zone lymphoma (MZL) that has come back after treatment (called "relapsed"), or did not respond to treatment (called "refractory"). FL and MZL are subtypes of Non-Hodgkin 's lymphoma (NHL). This study will be made up of two parts (Part 1 not randomized, Part 2 randomized - controlled). The aim of Part 1 of the study is to see how safe and tolerable the study drug is when used in combination with lenalidomide, in participants with FL or MZL, and to determine the dose of the study drug to be used in Part 2 of this study. This combination is considered "first-in-human" as it has not been tested as a combination treatment in humans before. The aim of Part 2, of the study is to assess how the combination of the study drug and lenalidomide works compared to the combination of rituximab (called "the comparator drug") and lenalidomide. The combination of comparator drug and lenalidomide is the current standard-of care treatment for FL and/or MZL. Standard of care means the usual medication expected and used when receiving treatment for a condition. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking the study drug in combination with lenalidomide * How much study drug is in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the study drug less effective or could lead to side effects) * The impact from the study drug on quality of life and ability to complete routine daily activities
The purpose of the study is to compare the efficacy of zanubrutinib plus obinutuzumab versus lenalidomide plus rituximab (R\^2) in participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) follicular lymphoma (FL), as measured by progression-free survival as determined by an independent review committee in accordance with the 2014 modification of the International Working Group on non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) Criteria based on n positron emission tomography and computed tomography (PET/CT), and to compare the efficacy of zanubrutinib plus rituximab versus R\^2 in participants with R/R marginal zone lymphoma (MZL), as measured by progression free survival (PFS) assessed by IRC in accordance with CT-based Lugano 2014 Criteria.
The purpose of the ALPHA study is to assess the safety, efficacy, cell kinetics and immunogenicity of ALLO-501 in adults with relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma or follicular lymphoma after a lymphodepletion regimen comprising fludarabine, cyclophosphamide, and ALLO-647.

To find a recommended dose of valemetostat that can be given in combination with rituximab and lenalidomide to patients with follicular lymphoma. The safety and effects of this drug combination will also be studied

This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of single agent loncastuximab tesirine compared to idelalisib in participants with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma.
This phase II trial investigates how well brentuximab vedotin and bendamustine work in treating patients with follicular lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Brentuximab vedotin is a monoclonal antibody, brentuximab, linked to a toxic agent called vedotin. Brentuximab attaches to CD30 positive cancer cells in a targeted way and delivers vedotin to kill them. Chemotherapy drugs, such as bendamustine, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. This trial is being done to determine if the combination of brentuximab vedotin plus bendamustine is safe and to determine the effectiveness of the combination.
This study in patients with relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma who have undergone at least 3 lines of therapy. Patients will receive abexinostat 80 mg (4 × 20 mg tablets) twice a day (BID) in a "one week on, one week off" schedule.
This phase II trial studies how well pembrolizumab with rituximab or obinutuzumab work in treating patients with follicular lymphoma or diffuse large B cell lymphoma that has come back (recurrent) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Rituximab and obinutuzumab are monoclonal antibodies. They bind to a protein called CD20, which is found on B cells (a type of white blood cell) and some types of cancer cells. This may help the immune system kill cancer cells. Giving pembrolizumab with rituximab or obinutuzumab may help kill more cancer cells in patients with follicular lymphoma or diffuse large B cell lymphoma.
The primary objective is to determine the overall response rate (ORR) of TGR-1202 in R/R FL. Secondary Objectives * Determine the genetic and other novel biological markers that may be predictive of response or resistance to TGR-1202 in patients with relapsed or refractory FL. * Describe the Progression Free Survival (PFS), Duration of Response (DoR) after treatment with TGR-1202. * Describe the number of dose delays and dose reductions and other safety profile.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of parsaclisib when combined with bendamustine and obinutuzumab in subjects with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma (FL).
This is a phase I/II study in which patients will be enrolled in a standard 3+3 design. Once the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) is determined amongst patients with relapsed or refractory grade 1-3a follicular lymphoma, there will be a 17-patient phase II study.
This study will evaluate the safety, efficacy, pharmacokinetics, and immunogenicity of obinutuzumab + Atezo + Pola in participants with relapsed or refractory (RR) FL and rituximab + Atezo + Pola in participants with RR DLBCL. The study will include an initial dose-escalation phase designed to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) for Pola in this treatment combination, followed by an expansion phase in which Pola will be given at the RP2D. All participants will receive induction treatment with obinutuzumab + Atezo + Pola for 6 cycles. RR FL participants achieving a complete response (CR), partial response (PR), or stable disease (SD) at the end of induction (EOI) will receive maintenance treatment with obinutuzumab.
This study will evaluate the safety, efficacy, pharmacokinetics and immunogenicity of induction treatment consisting of atezolizumab in combination with obinutuzumab plus lenalidomide in patients with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma (FL), followed by maintenance treatment with atezolizumab plus obinutzumab plus lenalidomide in patients who achieve a complete response (CR), a partial response (PR), or stable disease at end of induction.
This study will evaluate the safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics of induction treatment with obinutuzumab, polatuzumab vedotin, and venetoclax in participants with relapsed or refractory FL, and with rituximab, polatuzumab vedotin, and venetoclax in participants with DLBCL. Participants with FL who achieve complete response (CR), partial response (PR), or stable disease (SD) at the end of induction therapy will receive post-induction treatment with obinutuzumab and venetoclax, and participants with DLBCL who achieve CR or PR at the end of induction (EOI) will receive post-induction treatment with rituximab and venetoclax.
This study will evaluate the safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics of induction treatment with obinutuzumab, polatuzumab vedotin, and lenalidomide in participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) follicular lymphoma (FL) and rituximab in combination with polatuzumab vedotin and lenalidomide in participants with R/R diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), followed by post-induction treatment with obinutuzumab in combination with lenalidomide in participants with FL who achieve a complete response (CR), partial response (PR), or stable disease (SD) at end of induction (EOI) and post-induction treatment with rituximab plus lenalidomide in participants with DLBCL who achieve a CR or PR at EOI.
This study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of GS-9901 monotherapy in adults with follicular lymphoma (FL), marginal zone lymphoma (MZL), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). The study will also characterize the pharmacokinetic (PK) profile of GS-9901, determine the appropriate dosing regimen of GS-9901 for use in future clinical trials, and to evaluate the efficacy of GS-9901 monotherapy in adults with FL, MZL, CLL, or SLL.
This open-label, international, multicenter study will investigate the safety and efficacy of venetoclax (GDC-0199) in combination with bendamustine plus rituximab (venetoclax + BR) compared with BR alone in participants with relapsed and refractory fNHL, comparing two chemotherapy-containing regimens (Chemotherapy-Containing Cohort). In addition, an exploratory analysis of the safety and efficacy of venetoclax in combination with rituximab (venetoclax + rituximab), a chemotherapy-free regimen, will be performed (Chemotherapy-Free Cohort). Assignment to the Chemotherapy-Containing or Chemotherapy-Free Cohort will be decided at the discretion of the Investigator, unless one of the cohorts is not open to enrollment; in which case, participants may be enrolled only to the open cohort. The first 6 participants enrolled in the Chemotherapy-Containing Cohort (or more if required) will comprise the Safety Run-In group for Treatment Arm B, dosing venetoclax at 600 milligrams (mg) in combination with BR. Once a dose has been chosen from the Safety Run-In Period, randomization to the two treatment arms of the Chemotherapy-Containing Cohort (Arms B and C) will begin.
The purpose of this study is to assess the clinical benefit of Nivolumab, as measured by independent radiologic review committee (IRRC)-assessed objective response rate (ORR) in subjects with FL lymphoma who have failed therapy with both CD20 antibody and an alkylating agent.
