Evaluate the clinical performance, safety and efficacy, of a Radiofrequency and Laser/Light based device for the treatment of facial wrinkles.
As the body ages, the skin experiences natural changes in structure and composition. These changes may manifest visibly as increased skin dryness, wrinkling, and a loss of firmness/elasticity. In this double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled trial, the investigators will recruit healthy men and women with mild to moderate signs of skin aging and randomly assign them to either receive a HyaCera™ or placebo for 12 weeks. The investigators will perform a series of objective and subjective measurements to assess changes in skin condition. The investigators hypothesize that consumption of HyaCera™ leads to improvements in the general condition of the skin including skin hydration, crow's feet wrinkling, and other skin aging parameters.
This study aims to investigate the effects on 16 weeks of mango intake on skin health in postmenopausal women. Half of the participants will receive 85g portions of mangoes while the other half receive 250g portions of mangos. Participants will be instructed to consume the specific portion 4 times a week, for a total duration of 16 weeks.
The purpose of this feasibility study is to gain an initial assessment of the acute safety and performance of the Apsara Thermal Wand System in human facial tissue.
The goal of this split-face clinical trial is to test the efficacy of microtox in improving facial skin quality, fine wrinkles, and texture. Participants will: * be randomly assigned to Group A (which will receive 20 units of neuromodulator on the left side of the forehead and a placebo saline treatment on the right side) or Group B (which will receive 20 units of neuromodulator on the left side of the forehead and 20 units of a different neuromodulator brand on the right side as a comparator) * have one treatment session at week 0, and two live assessment visits at weeks 2 and 12 * have their pictures taken at each visit to track progress

This study will evaluate the clinical efficacy, safety and the performance of radiofrequency heating and ultrasound delivered by the BTL-585-2 applicator of the BTL-585F system for non-invasive treatment of facial wrinkles and correcting facial skin laxity. The study is a prospective multicenter single-blinded two-arm study. The subjects will be enrolled and assigned into two study groups; group A (RF \& US) and B (only RF) which will receive a treatment with different settings. Subjects of both groups will be required to complete four (4) treatment visits and two to three follow-up visits.
A pilot study is designed to evaluate safety and efficacy of the Micro-Coring (MC) technology for treatment of facial wrinkles. MC device employs hollow coring needles that enable safe, rapid, and effective full-thickness small skin cores (200-500 microns in diameter) removal initiating a skin repair process through formation of new collagen and elastin fibers (skin rejuvenation).
Investigators hypothesize that regular consumption of almonds will augment the long chain fatty acid profile and the alpha-tocopherol levels, improve the skin barrier function, and improve the appearance of facial wrinkles in post-menopausal women.
The purpose of this study is to determine whether the Matrix RF applicator is effective in the treatment of facial skin texture and wrinkle reduction.
This research study will test how well hyperpigmentation treatment works for subjects with mild-to-moderate facial hyperpigmentation. The study will also test if the hyperpigmentation treatment causes any irritation. For 12 weeks of the study, participants will use the assigned treatment, along with a provided cleanser and sunscreen.
Open-label, non-randomized single-arm prospective, multi-center, self-controlled clinical study with masked evaluation.
Skin chronically exposed to the sun may become damaged and then develop wrinkles and/or uneven skin color. The purpose of this research study is to evaluate a newly developed scale (grading tool) that rates wrinkles and uneven skin color. This newly developed scale will be used in future topical drug studies to measure these changes in the skin.
The purpose of this study is to analyze various cosmetic endpoints, subjective assessments, and skin parameters such as hydration, transepidermal water loss, fine lines, and wrinkles with the use of a 3-part skin care regimen.
At least thirty (30) subjects, Fitzpatrick-Goldman Skin Type II-V will be enrolled in 2 clinical sites; each clinic will enroll at least 15 subjects. Subjects should present visible wrinkles and/or elastosis requiring treatment. Hypothesis: The SST will improve the appearance of the wrinkles/elastosis as well as general skin tone by at least 25% as compared to M22 ResurFX 1565nm module alone, for at least 75% of the subjects.
The goal of this clinical trial is to investigate the effect of the BTL-785F device (with BTL-785-4-4 tip on BTL-785-4 applicator) on the improvement of skin quality and texture on the face and neck in healthy adult volunteers. The main question it aims to answer is: Whether the BTL-785F device (with BTL-785-4-4 tip on BTL-785-4 applicator) is able to improve skin quality 3 months post-treatment, as assessed by two-dimensional and three-dimensional photographs. Participants will complete three treatments, and two follow-up visits.
The objective of the study is to evaluate the safety, efficacy and usage compliance of the home-use device nebulyft for self-treatment of wrinkles appearance. The participants do treatment 5 time /week and last 4 weeks. Each treatment takes 16min to complete. Photographs will be taken before treatment and 1 month after the completion of treatment to compare the wrinkle scale.
Compare the effectiveness of laser treatment using CE Ferulic versus vehicle pre/post laser.
Investigate the topical use of almond oil, almond oil augmented with 0.5% vitamin E, 0.025% tretinoin oil augmented with castor oil on the appearance of facial fine lines and wrinkles, pigmentation, hydration, trans-epidermal water loss, and sebum excretion rate.
The goal of this study is to observe the healing of skin after ellacor® treatment at different timepoints, depths and coring densities. The visual comparison of treated areas to untreated control areas will improve understanding of how the ellacor® procedure works to induce skin resurfacing using an abdominoplasty, or tummy tuck surgery, model. The people participating in the study will have already decided that they want to have an abdominoplasty procedure. The main questions this study aims to answer are: How does human skin change after a series of the ellacor® procedures over a 14-day period? Is the ellacor® device safe to use at different treatment time points, depths and densities? The ellacor® procedure will be performed on people who are going to have abdominoplasty surgery. The ellacor® treatment areas will be limited to the skin areas marked for removal during the abdominoplasty. The treated tissue will be sent to a lab for microscopic study after the abdominoplasty procedure is complete. A minimum of 3 people will be treated in the study. The 3 participants will have the ellacor® procedure done at 4 different timepoints before their abdominoplasty surgery: -14 days, -7 days, -3 days and on day 0, just prior to the abdominoplasty procedure. At each treatment timepoint the participants will have 3 areas treated using a depth of 7mm and different skin removal percent settings of 5%, 7% and 8%. The participants will have photos taken of the treatment areas and will be asked about any changes to their health or medications over the 14-day study. Researchers will study the abdominoplasty tissue under a microscope after it has been removed from the participants. They will compare the areas treated by the ellacor® device to an area left untreated, which is the control area. This will reveal, by visual comparison, any changes in the skin tissue between treated and untreated areas, if they occur.
The primary objective of this pilot study is exploratory investigation evaluating the Potenza microneedle fractional radiofrequency (RF) device and may be used in combination with the Icon intense pulsed light (IPL) device.
Hemp extract has been shown in several pre-clinical and clinical studies to have anti-aging effects on the skin through anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, in addition resveratrol, thyme and caffeine have been shown to have anti-aging effects related to fibrillar collagen production and extracellular matrix production in the dermis. A combination of these four ingredients will be used in a vehicle of fermented medium chain triglyceride oil and skin shave biopsies will be taken before and after 90 days use of the topical to look for objective evidence of anti-aging effects in the dermis and epidermis.
