A Study of MGC026 in Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors
Description

The study is designed to understand the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and preliminary antitumor activity of MGC026 in participants with relapsed or refractory, unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors The study has a dose escalation portion and a cohort expansion portion of the study. Participants will receive MGC026 by intravenous (IV) infusion. The dose of MGC026 will be assigned at the time of enrollment. Participants may receive up to 35 treatments if there are no severe side effects and as long as the cancer does not get worse. Participants will be monitored for side effects, and progression of cancer, have blood samples collected for routing laboratory work, and blood samples collected for research purposes.

This study is researching an experimental drug called REGN10597 (called "study drug"). The study is focused on patients with certain solid tumors that are in an advanced stage. The aim of the study is to see how safe, tolerable, and effective the study drug is. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking the study drug * How much study drug is in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects)

Study of AU-007, A Monoclonal Antibody That Binds to IL-2 and Inhibits IL-2Rα Binding, in Patients With Unresectable Locally Advanced or Metastatic Cancer
Description

This is a first in human, open-label, multi-center Phase 1 / 2 study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and initial efficacy of AU-007 in patients with advanced solid tumors. AU-007 will be administered either as a monotherapy, or in combination with a single loading dose of aldesleukin, or with both AU-007 and aldesleukin given every 2 weeks (Q2w). Once the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of AU-007 plus aldesleukin is determined, AU-007 plus aldesleukin will also be administered with avelumab or nivolumab.

Thalidomide and Docetaxel in Treating Patients With Advanced Cancer
Description

RATIONALE: Thalidomide may stop the growth of cancer by stopping blood flow to the tumor. Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop cancer cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Combining thalidomide with docetaxel may kill more tumor cells. PURPOSE: Phase I trial to study the effectiveness of combining thalidomide with docetaxel in treating patients who have advanced cancer.
