COMPLETED
Magnesium Supplementation for the Prevention of Supraventricular Arrhythmias
Description

The primary objective of this research is to determine whether oral magnesium supplementation in healthy, community-living individuals will be associated with reductions in the burden of arrhythmias in the upper chambers of the heart (supraventricular arrhythmias).

RECRUITING
Implanted Loop Recorders for Detection and Management of Arrhythmia With Bruton Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors
Description

This study will enroll patients initiating Bruton Tyrosine Kinase (BTK) inhibitors without history of documented arrhythmia while on therapy using the Medtronic LINQ-2 insertable cardiac monitor (ILR). The incidence of new onset atrial fibrillation (AF) and other arrhythmia will be determined. Actions taken in response to device detected arrhythmia will be recorded.

RECRUITING
Biospecimen Repository for Cardiac Arrhythmias at the Cleveland Clinic
Description

Biorepository of blood and or tissue samples from patients presenting with cardiac arrhythmia syndromes.

COMPLETED
EnSite Precision Observational Study
Description

This document is a clinical investigation plan (CIP) for the EnSite Precision Observational Study. This clinical study is intended to quantify and characterize the usage of the EnSite Precision™ Cardiac Mapping System (Software version 2.0.1 or higher) in a real-world environment. This study will be conducted in patients who are indicated for a cardiac electrophysiological (EP) mapping and radio frequency ablation procedure using a three-dimensional system.

COMPLETED
Reducing Episodes by Septal Pacing Efficacy Confirmation Trial (RESPECT)
Description

The purpose of this study is to find out if specialized programs in the AT500 and EnRhythm pacemakers will reduce the number of irregular heartbeat in the upper chamber of the heart and reduce symptoms (such as shortness of breath, dizziness, and others).
