5 Clinical Trials for Various Conditions
This is a study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and potential effects of Anatabloc dietary supplementation on antithyroid autoantibodies, thyroid structure, and thyroid function in subjects with autoimmune thyroiditis.
The incidence of autoimmune conditions is at least 2-3 times higher in Multiple Sclerosis population than in general population. These MS patients category response unfavorably to the Interferon. The investigators suggest that autoimmune co morbidity can serve as a biological marker predicting good response to GA.
This pilot project will randomize a small sample of patients about to undergo surgery for their autoimmune, inflammatory thyroid disease, and determine if a short course of prednisone alters the inflammation of the gland and makes surgery less difficult. It will enroll 30 participants who will each be on study for up to 7 months.
This case control study aims to determine whether spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) is associated with autoimmune diseases and to update the incidence of SCAD in a population-based cohort.
Double-blind, placebo-controlled, First-in-Human, single ascending-dose study. Approximately 40 healthy adult male subjects will be given a single capsule of MYMD1 to determine its safety, how well it is tolerated, how the body acts on the experimental drug, and how the experimental drug acts on the body. This will be based on blood and urine sample analysis and other physical measurements.
