RECRUITING
PREHEVBRIO Pregnancy Outcomes Registry
Description

The registry is an observational surveillance program designed to recruit and encourage participation of women who were exposed to PREHEVBRIO® hepatitis B vaccine during pregnancy and to collect and analyze information related to post-exposure pregnancy and fetal and neonatal outcomes. The objective of the Registry is to monitor and evaluate all received reports of PREHEVBRIO® vaccine exposure within 28 days prior to conception or at any time during pregnancy and delivery, as well as maternal, obstetrical, pregnancy, fetal and neonatal outcomes. This registry is primarily descriptive and designed to detect potential safety signals rather than test hypotheses.

RECRUITING
Assessing Interventions to Increase Tdap Acceptance for Non-birthing Partners in Pregnancy
Description

The goal of this randomized control trial is to assess if prenatal vaccine education and in-office vaccination administration for non-birthing partners of pregnant patients increases Tdap vaccination rates compared to usual care. The main question\[s\] it aims to answer are: * To assess whether compared to standard prenatal care, targeted prenatal education regarding Tdap vaccination recommendations with and without in office vaccination opportunities improves Tdap uptake among non-birthing partners of pregnant patients. * To assess whether non-birthing partners presenting for Tdap vaccination are willing to accept dual vaccination with Tdap and influenza. Participants will receive direct verbal and written education at the time of enrollment on cocooning and recommendation for partner Tdap vaccination prior to delivery with or without the option to receive Tdap at their convenience at the WIH obstetric care clinic. If there is a comparison group: Researchers will compare "Upfront Education" and "Upfront Education and Vaccination Administration" to "Usual care" to see if education and/or the offer for vaccination in the office increases Tdap vaccine acceptance for non-birthing partners.

RECRUITING
COVID-19 Vaccines International Pregnancy Exposure Registry
Description

The objective of the COVID-19 Vaccines International Pregnancy Exposure Registry (C-VIPER) is to evaluate obstetric, neonatal, and infant outcomes among women vaccinated during pregnancy with a COVID-19 vaccine. Specifically, the C-VIPER will estimate the risk of obstetric outcomes (spontaneous abortion, antenatal bleeding, gestational diabetes, gestational hypertension, intrauterine growth restriction, postpartum hemorrhage, fetal distress, uterine rupture, placenta previa, chorioamnionitis, Caesarean delivery, COVID-19), neonatal outcomes (major congenital malformations, low birth weight, neonatal death, neonatal encephalopathy, neonatal infections, neonatal acute kidney injury, preterm birth, respiratory distress in the newborn, small for gestational age, stillbirth, COVID-19), and infant outcomes (developmental milestones \[motor, cognitive, language, social-emotional, and mental health skills\], height, weight, failure to thrive, medical conditions during the first 12 months of life, COVID-19) among pregnant women exposed to single (homologous) or mixed (heterologous) COVID-19 vaccine brand series from 30 days prior to the first day of the last menstrual period to end of pregnancy and their offspring relative to a matched reference group who received no COVID-19 vaccines during pregnancy.
