Prospective, one arm, baseline-controlled At least 30 healthy adult female volunteers, from 2 investigational sites seeking treatment for Symptoms of Vulvovaginal Atrophy Eligible subjects will receive 3 treatments 4 weeks apart with the MorpheusV Applicator according to the study protocol The subject will return for 3 follow up visits: 3 months follow up (3M FU), 6 months follow up (6M FU), 12months follow up (12M FU) after the treatment. Total expected study duration is approximately 12 months.
The purpose of this study is to assess the use of the Alma CO2 Pixel FemiLift™ in the treatment of VulvoVaginal Atrophy (VVA) in postmenopausal female subjects. The primary endpoint is to assess the change in the vaginal dryness by means of a Visual Analogic Scale (10 cm VAS) and/or Bachmann Index in VVA. The clinical improvement will be assessed by patient filled Vulvovaginal Atrophy.
This study will access the safety and efficacy of three doses of estradiol vaginal capsules in postmenopausal women with vulvovaginal atrophy.

Clinical Evaluation of Fractional Bi-Polar Radio-Frequency for Symptoms of Stress Urinary Incontinence and Vulvovaginal Atrophy
Tissues of the genitals of women are both androgen (testosterone) and estrogen dependent. The clitoris, vestibule, urethra, anterior vaginal wall, peri-urethral tissue, and pelvic floor all depend on androgens for normal function. In addition, the glands, which secrete lubrication during sexual arousal, also require androgens to function. Deficiencies of both estrogens and androgens occur naturally during menopause. Menopause-related deficiencies of these hormones lead to thinning in the tissues of the genital and urinary systems which have been termed Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause (GSM). Patients with GSM will frequently complain of dryness and/or pain during sexual intercourse. Historically, GSM treatment involved both androgens and estrogens, However, over the past few decades estrogen based therapies have become much more common. More recently, clinical trials have demonstrated that local vaginal dehydroepiandrosterone (Intrarosa®) improves symptoms in menopausal women who have moderate to severe pain with intercourse. Intrarosa® vaginal inserts are a prescription medicine approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) used in women after menopause to treat moderate to severe pain during sexual intercourse caused by changes in and around the vagina that happen with menopause.
To assess the feasibility and efficacy of the CO2 fractional handpiece in the treatment of vulvovaginal atrophy (VVA) in post-menopausal women and its effect on the patient VHIS(vaginal health index core). The primary endpoint is to assess the change in the vaginal dryness by means of a visual analogic scale (10 cm VAS).
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and the efficacy of a laser in the treatment of vulvovaginal atrophy (VVA), that is to assess the change in the severity of the vaginal dryness symptom, by means of a visual analogic scale (10 cm VAS).
Based on previous data published on the SERM properties of Femarelle, the investigators hypothesized that Femarelle could be a potential treatment for Vulvo-vaginal atrophy(VVA) symptoms. The current study was a pilot study to examine the effect of Femarelle® on VVA symptoms in symptomatic post-menopausal women.
This is an unblinded study to be conducted at a single research center, San Diego Sexual Medicine. Subjects meeting inclusion and exclusion criteria will receive 60 mg ospemifene daily for twenty weeks. After the informed consent is signed, a baseline physical examination, and vulvoscopy with detailed photography of the vulva, vestibule and vagina, will be performed. Physical examination and vulvoscopy with detailed photography of the vulva, vestibule and vagina, will be repeated prospectively every 4 weeks for a total of 20 weeks. Therefore, physical examination and vulvoscopy with detailed photography of the vulva, vestibule and vagina will be performed prospectively at baseline (vulvoscopy session 1), 4 weeks (vulvoscopy session 2), 8 weeks (vulvoscopy session 3), 12, weeks (vulvoscopy session 4), 16 weeks (vulvoscopy session 5) and 20 weeks (vulvoscopy session 6) following daily administration of 60 mg ospemifene.
This study will assess the safety and efficacy of a new formulation of vaginal estradiol for the treatment of symptoms of vulvar and vaginal atrophy in postmenopausal women.
The purpose of the study is to determine if WC3011 is safe and effective in treating the symptom of painful intercourse secondary to vulvovaginal atrophy as measured by participant self-assessment when compared to vehicle.
The primary objective of this study is to compare the efficacy of WC3011 with placebo vaginal gel in postmenopausal women for the relief of vaginal dryness caused by vaginal atrophy as measured by self-assessment, vaginal pH and vaginal smear.
This is an open-label extension study evaluating the long-term safety and efficacy of WC3011 in non-hysterectomized, healthy, postmenopausal women with vulvovaginal atrophy.
The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the combined application of BTL-785F and HPM-6000UF Devices in improving quality of life in women with negative changes in the urogenital system (vulvovaginal atrophy symptoms, urinary incontinence or sexual dysfunction). The main question it aims to answer is: Does the combined application of BTL-785F and HPM-6000UF Devices reduces the score of the Vulvovaginal Symptoms Questionnaire? Participants will: * Undergo 6 treatment sessions.Three sessions will consist of combined application of BTL-785F and HPM-6000UF devices and three sessions will consist of standalone application of the HPM-6000UF device. * Attend follow-up visits * Complete questionnaires
Dyspareunia, or painful intercourse, is one of the most commonly reported complaints in postmenopausal women. One common cause of dyspareunia is vaginal atrophy (VVA), which occurs in \>50% of postmenopausal women. At the time of menopause, a lack of estrogen thins the vaginal mucosa and lessons lubrication, making sex painful. Some women with vaginal atrophy will also have high tone pelvic floor dysfunction (HTPFD) (also known as levator spasm). Successful treatment of the sexual pain requires treatment of both vaginal atrophy and HTPFD. How often vaginal atrophy and HTPFD coexist has not been studied. In fact, the prevalence of HTPFD is unknown. This is most likely due to the fact that many clinicians are unaware of its existence or how to diagnose or treat it. Also, sexual symptoms tend to be underreported due to embarrassment or hesitation to seek care. HTPFD frequently coexists with other conditions that cause pain like vaginal atrophy, endometriosis or interstitial cystitis. Treatment includes treating both conditions. If only one is treated, then sexual pain is likely to continue. There are several available treatments for HTPFD that have been studied including physical therapy, botox and intravaginal diazepam. This is an area where clinicians may be under treating a condition and limiting the possibility of restoring normal sexual function to many women. Treating only vaginal atrophy without appropriate evaluation and treatment of HTPFD leaves a cohort of women still struggling with sexual pain. With a better understanding of the relationship between HTPFD and vaginal atrophy, the investigators hope to bring awareness concerning the importance of treating both in restoring normal sexual function.
This study will evaluate the use of topical 5 or 10% sinecatechins, a botanical drug derived from green tea for the alleviation of sexual pain in the area around the vaginal opening (the vulvar vestibule), that is a main source of pain during sexual contact or dyspareunia, in postmenopausal women, with vulvovaginal atrophy. Women may or may not be using estrogens. Half of the women will receive the study drug, 5 or 10% sinecatechins and half will receive placebo. In addition to the reduction or elimination of pain upon penetration, women may also experience increase in lubrication, arousal and intensity of orgasm
The study was designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of TX-12-004-HR 10 μg in treating moderate to severe symptoms of vaginal atrophy associated with menopause after 14 days of treatment, and to estimate the effect size and variability of vulvovaginal atrophy endpoints. In addition, the systemic exposure to estradiol from single and multiple doses of TX-12-004-HR was to be investigated.
Open label study at a single research center. Subjects meeting inclusion and exclusion criteria will receive 6.5 mg prasterone vaginal inserts daily for twenty weeks. A physical examination and vulvoscopy with photography of the vulva, vestibule, urethral meatus and vagina will be performed at baseline and every 4 weeks for 20 weeks. Pain diaries will be completed between visits.
The investigators propose to test the efficacy of the Reproductive Health Survivorship Care Plan (SCP-R), a novel survivorship care tool to meet the reproductive health needs of young breast cancer survivors (YBCS). Most YBCS undergo chemotherapy and/or endocrine therapy, treatments that impair ovarian function and result in significant reproductive health late effects. These late effects include symptoms of estrogen deprivation such as hot flashes, fertility concerns, limited contraception options and sexual problems. Together they have a major, negative impact on quality of life. Despite substantial research, treatment guidelines and clinical expertise on these issues, most YBCS and their healthcare providers have limited guidance on how best to manage these reproductive health late effects. The research team has generated a practical, accessible, evidence-based reproductive health survivorship care plan (the SCP-R) for YBCS and their providers to address this deficit in survivorship care. This clinical trial will test if YBCS who receive the web-based SCP-R are more likely than controls to improve on at least one of these reproductive health issues: hot flashes, sexual health, fertility concerns, and contraception.
The overall objective of this program of research is to improve sexual health outcomes for women diagnosed with breast cancer. Our team is developing a multi-component intervention for the four key predictors of sexual health in female cancer survivors: self-image, vulvovaginal tissue quality and symptoms, desire/energy, and relationship-partner concerns. This proposal begins the proof-of-concept pilot study in women with a history of breast cancer to deliver a multi-component intervention to improve vulvo-vaginal atrophy with a vaginal moisturizer, and sexual energy and self-image with a mind-body intervention that involves relaxation and subconscious suggestions with a hypnotic induction delivered via audio file. The primary outcome will be to evaluate the feasibility and acceptability of a multi-component intervention for sexual function. It is hypothesized that at least eighty percent of randomized participants will complete the study without differential withdraws from the control group.
