This is a 2-Part study with Part A, a double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled, PoC study to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of efzofitimod in patients with SSc-ILD. The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the PoC for efficacy in a population with SSc-ILD. While improvement of ILD is the outcome of interest, the study will also evaluate changes in the skin. After initial screening (up to 4 weeks), approximately 25 eligible participants will be randomized 2:2:1 to 1 of 2 active (experimental) dose arms or placebo, administered every 4 weeks up to and including Week 20. Part B is an optional open-label extension to Part A in which participants can receive 450 mg efzofitimod every 4 weeks for 6 doses.
The main objective of the study is to evaluate dose-exposure and safety of nintedanib in children and adolescents with fibrosing Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD).
Researchers are trying to find out more about the safety of a new treatment, Allogeneic (coming from a healthy donor) Bone Marrow Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (BMD-MSCs) which is still experimental, for Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) associated with Connective Tissue Disorder (CTD).
To develop a repository of blood samples from patients with ILD to support future studies into the development of such biomarkers. Patients with pneumonia and healthy patients will also be recruited as a control group.
The objective of this study is to compare the sample size, architectural preservation and diagnostic yield of bronchoscopic cryo-probe transbronchial lung biopsy (C-TBBx) to bronchoscopic standard transbronchial lung biopsy (S-TBBx) and Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery (VATS) lung biopsy for the diagnosis of interstitial lung disease (ILD).
We propose to acquire data and blood samples on all patients being cared for by the Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) program. Additionally, we will collect data and blood samples from a control group for comparator purposes. In doing so, we will be able to describe the "phenotypic" expression of these diseases.
The Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation Patient Registry will collect data on at least 2,000 patients with interstitial lung disease (ILD) at approximately 40 clinical sites in the US. The Registry is targeting enrollment of approximately 60% of the 2,000 ILD participants to have idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). MOMENTOUS is a multi-center, randomized study to prospectively evaluate the performance of an ECG-based AI device to predict whether participants with interstitial lung disease (ILD) are at high risk of undiagnosed pulmonary hypertension.
The purpose of the study is to: * compare the chances of getting interstitial lung disease (ILD) in new users of palbociclib plus fulvestrant to new users of fulvestrant alone (using data from before palbociclib was out in the market) * look into the factors that can cause ILD in new users of palbociclib. This study uses patient data without giving out any personal information of the patient. This data is taken from a hospital-based claims database of the MDV database, that includes data from more than 400 hospitals in Japan. This study will use data of patients who are: * diagnosed with breast cancer that include newly treated with palbociclib and/or other endocrine-based therapies for inoperable or recurrent breast cancer between 25 November 2011 and 30 November 2024.
The study is a Phase 2, multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the effects of tibulizumab over 24 weeks (Period 1) in adult participants with systemic sclerosis, followed by an open-label extension period where all active participants will receive tibulizumab and will be evaluated for an additional 28 weeks (Period 2)
