Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The purpose of this study is to learn more about teachers' sustainment of use of core components of BEST in CLASS in a follow-up study.

Participation Criteria

Researchers look for people who fit a certain description, called eligibility criteria. Some examples of these criteria are a person's general health condition or prior treatments.

Sexes Eligible for Study:ALL

Standard Ages:CHILD, ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * teach in general education Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, or 3rd grade
  2. * consent to participate
  3. * proficient in English
  4. * participated as a BEST in CLASS teacher who received coaching in the prior year
  5. * proficient in English
  6. * have a school-age child or children
  7. * consent to participate
  8. * enrolled in a general Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd or 3rd grade classroom
  9. * proficient in English
  10. * at elevated risk for EBD
  11. * demonstration of externalizing behaviors that interfere with participation in the classroom (e.g., disruption, aggression) as indicated by teacher rating
  12. * parental/guardian consent to participate
  1. * do not teach in general education Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, or 3rd grades
  2. * were not part of the BEST in CLASS intervention condition in the year prior
  3. * do not consent to participate
  4. * do not speak fluent English
  5. * do not have at least one student that meets the inclusion criteria
  6. * do not speak proficient English
  7. * do not provide consent
  8. * do not have elementary aged children will be excluded.
  9. * caregivers do not provide permission for participation
  10. * caregiver(s) do not speak proficient English
  11. * are not proficient in English
  12. * do not screen in as demonstrating risk for EBD
