Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

Observational study at CDI Cleveland Dental Institute. Investigators will assess the pain perception in one group of patients using two non-invasive methods. First, a numerical rate scale (NRS) and second, a brain wave EEG.

Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Males and females
  2. * Age: 20-60 years.
  3. * Tooth #8 vital and mature. No history of dentoalveolar trauma.
  4. * Adequate coronal tooth structure.
  1. * Chronic periodontitis.
  2. * Vertical root fracture.
  3. * Immature teeth.
  4. * Necrotic teeth.
  5. * Systemic diseases that affect the healing process.
  6. * Non restorable teeth.
