This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy of the sleeper stretch in improving shoulder range of motion, strength and upper body performance in CrossFit athletes.

Participation Criteria

Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. Age 18 years or older
  2. Willing and able to provide informed consent
  3. Able to understand and follow study procedures
  4. Stable medical condition
  1. * Positive test for labral lesions or rotator cuff tears
  2. * History of recent fracture
  3. * Orthopedic surgery in the upper limbs or cervical region
  4. * Any other current injury that would prevent participation in regular work-shift activities
