Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

This registry has been established to gain a better understanding of the clinical and emotional presentations of patients with undifferentiated connective tissue disease.

Participation Criteria

Researchers look for people who fit a certain description, called eligibility criteria. Some examples of these criteria are a person's general health condition or prior treatments.

Ages Eligible for Study:18 Years
Sexes Eligible for Study:ALL
Accepts Healthy Volunteers:No
Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Any patient under the care of an HSS rheumatologist
  2. * Positive ANA or a positive anti-ds DNA, anti-Ro/SS-A or other autoantibody on 2 or more occasions at least 12 weeks apart
  3. * One or more signs or symptoms of connective tissue disease, including but not limited to arthralgia, arthritis, myalgia, rash, sicca symptoms, pericarditis, pleuritis, pulmonary symptoms, peripheral neuropathy, photosensitivity, alopecia, oral or nasal ulcers, leucopenia, anemia, and abnormal nailfold capillaroscopy
  1. * Patients who meet criteria for well defined CTD including SLE, rheumatoid arthritis, polymyositis or dermatomyositis, systemic sclerosis, or antiphospholipid syndrome
  2. * Patients who are less than 18
  3. * Those unable to give informed consent in English
