Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The goal of this project is to establish a biobank of clinical information, DNA, plasma, and aortic tissue samples from patients with cardiovascular disease as well as healthy controls.

Participation Criteria

Standard Ages:CHILD, ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Any patient over the age of 18 who is able/willing to give informed consent
  2. * Patients \<18 years of age with parental consent and assent (if assent is applicable for their age)
  3. * Diagnosis of:
  4. * aortic pathology potentially due to a known or suspected inherited condition
  5. * Idiopathic aortic aneurysm
  6. * Interesting of novel vascular pathology in the aorta or main branches
  7. * Family history of aortic or vascular disease
  8. * Other cardiovascular disease
  9. * Healthy controls with no apparent cardiovascular disease
  1. Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  2. Severe psychiatric disorders
  3. Active substance abuse
  4. Unstable medical conditions
  5. Inability to comply with study requirements
