This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Participation Criteria

Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * a. Age 18 years or older.
  2. * b. Scheduled to undergo ESD as part of their standard of care.
  1. * a. Any contraindication to performing endoscopy.
  2. * b. Participation in another research protocol that could interfere or influence the outcome measures of the present study.
  3. * c. Patient is unable/unwilling to provide informed consent.
