This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

The purpose of this study is to determine the prevalence of malnutrition and/or sarcopenia at admission to the hospital in older adults.

Participation Criteria

Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Admitted to the UTMB ACE unit
  2. * Aged 65 years or older
  3. * Able to consent to participate in study (alert and oriented x3)
  1. * Because this study aims to determine prevalence of malnutrition and/or sarcopenia at admission to the hospital, patients will be excluded if study measures are not able to be taken within 72 hours of admission.
