Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The purpose of this prospective, nonrandomized controlled phase IV study is to compare standard and advanced MRI for their ability to predict response to Optune therapy.

Participation Criteria

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Newly diagnosed glioblastoma (GBM), World Health Organization (WHO) grade IV.
  1. * Optune compliance \< 75%; they would be excluded from the final analyses.
  2. * History of craniectomy or significant skull defect (contraindication to Optune).
  3. * Active implantable medical device (e.g., deep brain stimulator (DBS), spinal cord stimulator, pacemaker, defibrillator, vagus nerve stimulator, programmable shunt).
  4. * Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) \< 60.
