Eligibility Criteria

  • * Patient recommended to undergo craniectomy or craniotomy for the treatment of acute TBI
  • * Wound determined to be contaminated
  • * Decompression is performed only in the posterior fossa
  • * Known systemic infection
  • * Pregnancy
